目的:健康促進醫院是一項新實務的發展,此實務之落實,如何為組織所接受而改變服務文化,則有賴於健康促進醫院之理念與價值於組織之推展與擴散,才能將健康促進之概念推行至醫院、員工,以及民眾與社區,然而醫療機構導入健康促進醫院為一高度協調的複雜任務,因此了解影響其導入之關鍵因素是一項值得關注的議題。因此本研究之目的在探討影響組織導入健康促進醫院之關鍵因素。方法:選擇已導入健康促進醫院為研究標的,透過問卷調查方式進行67家負責推動健康促進醫院主管之資料蒐集。每家醫院發放兩份問卷,共寄發134份,回收41家醫院83份有效問卷,有效回收率為61.9%。採部分最小平方法進行資料分析。結果:研究發現,健康促進醫院之複雜性((β=0.150,p<0.05)對導入健康促進醫院有顯著的負向影響;高階主管支持((β=0.149,p<0.05)、倡導者((β=0.481,p<0.01)、政策與法令((β=0.215,p<0.01))對導入健康促進醫院有顯著的正向影響。結論:透過確認影響導入健康促進醫院之因素,可降低發展健康促進醫院之阻力,並適當調節投入資源之分配,以達到員工健康促進、及健康促進環境與社區聯結之經營模式。
Objectives: The health promoting hospital (HPH) is a new practice. Organizations must recognize the need to change their service model, plan for health promotion, and educate staff and community about the value of HPHs. The adoption of the HPH is a complicated task that requires great coordination, and an understanding of the crucial factors that influence its development is critical. The aim of this study was to determine the factors that influenced the adoption of the HPH concept by an organization.Methods: Data were collected from the managers HPHs via questionnaire. A total of 134 questionnaires were distributed to 67 hospitals with 83 questionnaires from 41 hospitals returned for a response rate of 61.9%. Data were analyzed using the partial least square technique with Smart PLS software.Results: The complexity of HPHs had a significant negative influence on their adoption. Top management support, a champion, and policy and laws had a significant positive influence on adoption.Conclusions: By identifying the factors that influence the adoption of HPHs, resistance against their development is reduced. With adequate input of resources, an operational mode may be implemented to promote the health of staff, the environment, and connections with the community.
