休閒動機與休閒生活型態對自覺健康的影響－以台南縣國民中學教師為例

摘要

本研究旨在探討休閒動機與休閒生活型態對自覺健康的關係。研究方法採用問卷調查法，研究工具為「休閒動機量表」、「休閒生活型態量表」與「SF-36量表」。本研究以台南縣公立國中教師作為研究對象，共發出600份問卷，回收有效問卷578份，有效回收率96％。依據研究目的及驗證假設之需，分別採用描述統計分析樣本結構、探索性因素分析量表建構效度、及結構方程模式等統計方法驗證假設。研究結果發現：休閒參與動機對休閒生活型態有正向的影響，休閒生活型態對自覺健康有正向的影響，休閒動機會透過休閒生活型態正向影響自覺健康；但休閒動機不會直接對自覺健康產生影響。

The purpose of this study aimed to investigate the relationships among leisure motivation, leisure lifestyle and self-reported health on public junior high school teachers in Tainan County. Questionnaire survey was adopted as the major research methodology in this study. The instruments included Leisure Motivation Scale, Leisure Lifestyle Scale, and SF-36 health questionnaire. Participants for this study were junior high school teachers in Tainan County. A total of 600 questionnaires were distributed, and 578 questionnaires were returned (96% recruit rate). The data was analyzed through descriptive analysis and structural equation model. The results obtained by means of the structural equation model are as follows: That a persons leisure motivation is positively influenced by their leisurely lifestyle. A persons leisurely lifestyle positively influences their self-reported health. The persons level of leisure motivation gained through a leisurely lifestyle positively influences self-reported health and finally that some cases reported an increase in leisure motivation without positively influencing self-reported health
