本研究目的為瞭解籃球系隊的運動動機、運動效益對行動之關係,並探究自我效能於行動模式中調節作用。以台灣北、中、南部的各大專院校的籃球系隊為研究範圍,發放403 份問卷,有效樣本數總計390 份,而有效回收比率為96.8 %。統計分析第一部份為量表信、效度檢測;第二部份為模式建構;第三部份為路徑分析;第四部份為調解作用檢測。研究結果顯示運動動機正向影響運動效益,影響程度為 .353 ( p = .000);運動動機正向影響行動,影響程度為 .263 ( p = .000);運動效益正向影響行動,影響程度為 .431 ( p= .000);運動效益在運動動機影響行動上產生中介效果;自我效能在運動動機對運動效益影響產生調節作用。
The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship of the motivation, sports benefits, and action, and the moderating effect of self-efficacy in the basketball team's acting model. A total of 403 questionnaires was collected from basketball team at the university in northern, central, and southern Taiwan. 355 were valid responses, and the valid collection rate of 96.8%. The first of statistical analysis was the reliability and validity analysis. Second, model fit. Third, path analysis. Forth, Moderation. The results of the study were Motivation has a significantly positive effect on sports benefits, beta is .353 ( p = .000); motivation has a significantly positive effect on action, beta is .263 ( p = .000); sports benefits has a significantly positive effect on action, beta is .431 ( p = .000); sports benefits mediates the relationship between motivation and action; self-efficacy is found to moderate the relationship between motivation and sports benefits.
