The main purpose of this study is to investigate the relationships among organization support, psychological capital, health and job burnout for junior high school teachers. This study used the questionnaire survey. The study meets the trend of researching positive psychology in recent years and provides more evidence for the development of the positive psychology. The samples were junior high teachers in Taichung, Yulin, Chiayi, Tainan and Kaohsiung . There were 300 questionnaires issued, and 250 valid questionnaires were available. The study used descriptive statistics, factor analysis and WarpPLS to analyze the data. The results are described below: psychological capital is the main factor that impacts on job burnout, the second is teacher’s health status awareness, and the last is organization support. Finally, this study offered recommendation for educational leaders that good psychological capital can decrease teacher’s job burnout.
