The purpose of this study was to effects of plyometric training can improve female soccer players. Methods: Twenty female-soccer players (age: 14.2±1.2 years old, height: 158.9±5.6 cm, weight: 51.6±5.7 kg, soccer training experience: 2.6±0.9 years) participated in this study. Pre-test agility perform assigned to control group and experiment group. Two groups had the same skill training program, experiment group added continuous box jump (30 cm) ten second in every frequency and five frequency for one day, and three days per week within four weeks. Two diagnostics were used in this study, one was leg strength test (CMJ) and Agility test (illinois Agility Run) use Newtest. Result: To compare pretest and post-test, two groups were leg strength and agility perform, statistical analysis control group pre-test and post-test leg strength were 31.6±2.8 and 30.1±3.1 cm; agility were 19.79±0.79 and 19.59±0.73 s。Four-week plyometric training in experiment group, leg strength were 29.7±5.2 and 35.3±2.3 cm; agility were 19.99±0.82 and 18.86±0.58 s. T-test analysis, experiment group on post-training were leg strength and agility perform were also significantly (p<.05), but control group no significantly. Conclusion: Plyometric training can be improve female soccer player's agility.
