幼兒母親之母職守門研究

本研究旨在探討幼兒母親之母職守門情形，主要目的爲：（一）探討居住地與母職守門之關係。（二）探討籍貫與母職守門之關係。（三）探討年齡與母職守門之關係。（四）探討教育程度與母職守門之關係。（五）探討就業與否與母職守門之關係。（六）探討工作時數與母職守門之關係。（七）探討婚齡與母職守門之關係。（八）探討爲母齡與母職守門之關係。爲達上述目的，本研究兼採文獻探討、調查研究等方法來蒐集資料，依文獻探討及先前研究結果，以自編之「母職守門量表」爲研究工具，調查苗栗縣、台南市、高雄市幼兒母親313人，資料蒐集後以t考驗及單因子變異數分析、薛費法進行資料處理。依上述研究目的及實證研究結果，本研究主要結論爲：（一）母親會因爲其教育程度之不同而在母職守門之「標準與責任」層面與母職守門總量表有所差異。（二）母親會因爲其工作時數之不同而在母職守門之「標準與責任」層面有所差異。

This research tries to understand the situation of maternal gatekeeping. The data have been collected from research's maternal gatekeeping scale. A total of 402 questionnaires were passed to the preschoolers' mothers, and 313 were collected valid. The data collected from target samples were analyzed by t-test, one-way ANOVA, posteriori comparisons. The research finds that the ”mothers' level of education” and ”working hours” have varying degrees of influence on maternal gatekeeping of standards and responsibility. The conclusions were drawn based on previous findings, some suggestions were proposed for mothers.
