銀髮族參與休閒活動類型與偏好之研究－以宜蘭縣五結鄉爲例

摘要

由於近年來臺灣人口結構老化快速，銀髮族相關議題備受注目。各種健康保健、醫療制度、福利政策等相關研究議題，係希望銀髮族擁有完善的晚年生活。因此，本研究將探討銀髮族於閒暇之餘主要的休閒活動方式以及休閒型態，以及其選擇之偏好，其目的有一、了解五結鄉地區銀髮族主要的休閒活動方式與型態。二、了解五結鄉地區其教育程度、家庭背景、健康狀況、社經地位以及經濟狀況基本概況，並分析與休閒活動參與方式是否有顯著性的關連。三、根據研究結果，提供未來規劃適宜不同銀髮族群生心理健康休閒活動相關方面的建議。本研究將利用文獻回顧及問卷調查方式取得研究所需之相關資料，調查對象以宜蘭縣五結鄉地區60歲以上銀髮族爲主。研究分析結果發現，受訪者因教育程度、家庭狀況、健康狀況與經濟狀況而影響銀髮族選擇其休閒活動類型，其變數間之顯著程度相當高。因此根據分析結果，規劃銀髮族之休閒活動，以低體能、休閒、易從事之休閒活動爲主，此類型之活動，係以能促進銀髮族之身心靈健康爲目的，滿足其心靈需求進而促進生理健康。

Due to the population structure changed in Taiwan these years, the issues among senior citizens are more popular and it requires an understanding on how they spent their leisure time. So there are some research about health、the system of medical and benefits to the old that they can have their own perfect life. Therefore, this study is focused on the style of leisure activity and choice of the senior citizens. The purposes of this study are; first, to know what are the senior citizen's main leisure activity styles in Wu Jie county; second, to know the level of education、the background of family、health、occupation and their economic status; and to analyze the relationship among these variables and their participation to leisure activities. Finally, the finding can contribute for planning the healthy leisure activity in different old people group. The information of this study was gathered from previous results of researches and by a survey questionnaire. The range of age for old people in this study is over 60 years old in Wu Jie county. The finding of the study shows that these variables had affected the old people's choice of leisure activity. Therefore, the planning for the recreational activity for old people is to keep them healthy and for the development of their physique、recreation and easy work.
