陶瓷雷射燒結快速原型技術之研發

摘要


陶瓷雷射快速原型製造技術是一種以陶瓷漿料進行疊層加工之新製程,藉由重複執行單層製造循環便可製作3D工件。 本研究的主要目的是開發陶瓷雷射燒結快速原型系統,藉此系統提升製作陶瓷快速原型工件的尺寸精度與表面粗糙度;研發鋪層快乾不裂的乾燥技術,有效地減少工件製作時間;研究陶瓷燒結製程的雷射掃描相關參數,以建構製作陶瓷燒結工件的策略,使完成之工件可以藉由後續之掺滲方式進行強度的改善。 本研究首先對系統進行開發,使Z軸之精度達到

Ceramic laser rapid prototyping technology is a new process of layer manufacturing using ceramic slurry. A 3D workpiece can be fabricated by repeatedly executing the cycle of single layer making. The aim of this study is to develop a Ceramic Laser Sintering rapid prototyping apparatus. The dimensional accuracy and surface roughness of the ceramic model fabricated by this new apparatus can be improved. Furthermore, to develop a drying technique, which can lead to a result of layer instant drying without cracks, is another task of effectively reducing the time-taken of fabricating model. Finally, a strategy of fabricating ceramic sintering models will be built by studying parameters related to laser scanning, and strength of the ceramic sintering models then can be improved by followed infiltration.
