Ceramic laser rapid prototyping technology is a new process of layer manufacturing using ceramic slurry. A 3D workpiece can be fabricated by repeatedly executing the cycle of single layer making. The aim of this study is to develop a Ceramic Laser Sintering rapid prototyping apparatus. The dimensional accuracy and surface roughness of the ceramic model fabricated by this new apparatus can be improved. Furthermore, to develop a drying technique, which can lead to a result of layer instant drying without cracks, is another task of effectively reducing the time-taken of fabricating model. Finally, a strategy of fabricating ceramic sintering models will be built by studying parameters related to laser scanning, and strength of the ceramic sintering models then can be improved by followed infiltration.
