隨著無線上網的日益普及,無線通訊是網際網路另一波的革命浪潮,帶動了所謂的「行動商務(Mobile Commerce , M-Commerce)」發展,企業的商務活動行動化,透過即時即地的手持設備,進行商業流程活動的管理,以降低成本、節省時間,提昇商業流程管理效率並與客戶、商業夥伴及上下游業者建立更密切即時的互動關係。 而藉由文獻探討與訪問調查之實證方式,在行動化架構下,提出企業導入行動科技關鍵性之策略因素,同時探討行動科技的定義與分類、行動商務對傳統企業流程的改變,對產業的衝擊、以客戶服務為導向的產業特性和營運模式。最後在傳統的企業商務環境下,國內企業在導入行動科技下企業如何評估入行動商務的策略及步驟。
As wireless on web is becoming more and more popular nowadays, wireless communication is another revolution of internet. It leads to the development of Mobile commerce (M-Commerce). Mobilization of business activities enable people through hand set equipments at real time to arrange the procedure of activities, it saves the time, cost and enhance efficiency of the management, and keeping interactive relationship closer with other business partners. The way to prove the key factor of bring the mobile technology into enterprise is according to questionnaire interviewing and researching. Therefore exploring the definition and distinction of mobile technology is necessary. M-Commerce has changed the business procedure of traditional enterprise and business model in service trade. Under the traditional business environment what are important policy and procedure for the enterprises to estimate whether joining in the M-commerce or not, is the main topic for researching and studying.
