校園中歷史性建築教學空間使用及課題之探討 —以台北市國民小學為例

摘要


【摘要】 台北市為首善之都,在日治時期的初等教育發展史上佔有重要地位,其轄內具有許多頗具歷史的國民小學;但歷經時代的變遷與進步、學童數的增加等歷程,這些當時所興建具有價值的歷史性校舍多數可能經歷增建、修建、重建或拆除,餘者已不多見。現今這些校舍部分已被指定為古蹟或歷史建築,且為了因應教育改革及新的教學理念與教學型態,這些學校除與一般傳統學校有著相同的教學空間使用問題外,更面臨著歷史性建築保存與再利用之課題。 再者,這些具有傳統歷史意義之國民小學大部分因校地限制、學校經費不足等阻礙無法對校園環境做整體規劃設計,僅能利用將現有校舍空間加以維修使用或設備更新等方式解決教學空間使用的問題。有鑑於此,為因應將來其他校舍可能同樣會被指定為古蹟或歷史建築,因此發掘這些歷史性建築使用上的問題,據以提出建議以供將來被指定之學校作為設計規劃之參考。 本研究之主要目的,在解析國民小學校園中歷史性建築作為各類教學空間使用時產生之相關問題,及其與傳統教學空間使用之差異,並透過教師與學生之觀點提出合適的空間使用建議。在研究方法方面,藉由對於教師及學生的問卷調查,並以台北市國民小學校園中具有經指定或未指定成歷史建築或古蹟之校舍為調查對象,剖析這些校舍作為教學空間使用之問題與相關課題;除此之外,亦冀望完成下列項目: 1.瞭解校園內各類空間使用情形及其與歷史性建築使用之關係,及校園整體空間使用狀況。 2.瞭解各校之歷史性建築物本身較易產生之問題,及目前校方在歷史性建築管理維護方面之困境。 3.探討教師與學生對校園中歷史性建築之認知與看法。 4.解析並比較教師與學生在歷史性建築教學空間使用之問題。 5.透過教師與學生對歷史性建築教學空間使用反映之問題,歸納出相關使用課題。 6.綜合分析結果,解析歷史性建築教學使用方面之問題,並歸納各項具體建議,提供未來校園歷史性建築教學空間設計規劃時之參考。 關鍵字:古蹟、歷史性建築、國民小學、教學空間、使用者

Abstract Taipei city, the capitol city, took the important place on elementary education of the period govern by Japan. There are many rather historic elementary schools in Taipei city. Most of these ponderable historic buildings, there are seldom to be seen nowadays, might be added, repaired, reestablished or dismantled after a progress of advancement and transition of time and increasing of primary school students. These school buildings have been assigned to be historic sites or buildings nowadays. Meanwhile, for meeting the education innovation, new education ideal and pattern, they don’t just meet the same problems of utilization of learning space as traditional schools but reutilization and preservation of historic buildings. Furthermore, these historic traditional elementary schools cannot engage whole plan and design for school field limitation or insufficient funds, etc., but only deal with the problem by keeping up the available school space or updating equipments. According to this, for dealing with the problems that other school buildings might be assigned to be historic sites or buildings, we draw a suggestion for the schools maybe assigned in the future through discovering the utilization problem of these historic buildings. The major purpose of the study is investigating the relative problems of utilizing the historic buildings in elementary school campus to be all sorts of learning space, the difference between that and utilization of traditional learning space, and bring up appropriate suggestion about space utilization through the viewpoints from teachers and students. We employed a questionary for teachers and students to do our study, and used the elementary schools in Taipei city have or don’t have assigned historic sites or buildings to be our objects to analyze the problem and related assignment of utilizing these school buildings to be learning space. Besides, we also hope to complete these items following: 1.Understanding the situation of all sorts of space be used in campus, the relationship between that and historic buildings be used, and the circumstance of whole space be used in campus. 2.Understanding the common problems of historic buildings themselves and predicaments of managing and conserving of school historic buildings. 3.Investigating the acknowledgement and perspectives of teachers and students about historic buildings in campus. 4.Analyzing and comparing the problems of utilization of historic buildings learning space from teachers and students. 5.Generalizing a conclusion from a collection of problems reflected by teachers and students about utilization of historic buildings learning space. 6.Concluding these analyzing results, we draw a conclusion about specific suggestions to collect from utilization problem of historic buildings learning space, to be a reference of planning and designing the historic buildings learning space in campus in the future.
