由研習課程之設計論國小教師文化資產知能之提升

摘要


論文摘要 本論文從溯往文化資產廣泛性討論出發,於瞭解文化資產與教育之相關性後,繼而選擇台北市為研究範圍,以國小老師為研究對象,進一步研究與分析現階段台北市國小所推動的文化資產教學。從訪談教學者的過程得知,多數老師肯定文化資產在教育上的可用性與重要性,但卻因為缺乏相關教學資源,讓他們在推動教學時遇到瓶頸。對此,研究者針對研習課程進行討論,並研擬課程設計準則,希望有利未來文化資產研習課程之規劃與國小教師文化資產知能之提升。 本論文之內容分述如下: 第一章 緒論:主要論述研究動機與目的,研究方法、範圍與對象。 第二章 溯往文化資產及相關教育理念的探討:主要是蒐集文化資產的廣泛性討論資料,從文化資產定義與價值出發,繼而瞭解文化資產教育的世界潮流,再行闡述教育與文化資產概念實踐的關係,最後聚焦到教師養成的課題。 第三章 文化資產於教育現場運用情形之調查與理解:藉由訪談的方式進行調查,研究者得以多方面瞭解現階段在台北市國小所推動的文化資產教育相關教學活動,包含教學實施型態、課程傳遞知識類別、教學課程內容調查。最後聚焦到對教學者個人特質與知能的分析。 第四章 國小教師文化資產研習課程設計原則之提出:針對訪談過程中教學者所提之推動文化資產教學難題,研究者從教學者的需求與文化資產角度出發,研擬文化資產研習課程之設計準則。期能提供辦理研習單位參考,以解決國小教師文化資產知能缺乏與文化資產教學推動瓶頸等問題。 第五章 結論與建議

Abstract The dissertation starts from the general discussion of the past cultural property, after understanding of the correlation of the cultural property and education, Taipei city is chosen as the research scope, teachers of elementary schools are regarded as research targets for further study and analysis of the impetus of the current stage of the cultural property teaching of elementary schools in Taipei. It is known from the interviews of the teachers, most of them approve the usability and the importance of it upon education; however, they encounter obstacles on the impetus due to the lack of relevant teaching resources. For that, the researcher focus on the in-service training program and proceeds discussions, in addition, the program design standard is planned and drafted in the hope to favor the future research and study program design of the cultural heritage and the elevation of acknowledging ability of it of teachers of elementary schools. The content of the dissertation is narrated as follows: Chapter 1 preface:Mainly discuss research motivation, aim, research methods, scope and targets. Chapter 2 Discuss of relevant educational ideas of past cultural property: Mainly collect data of general discussion of cultural property, from its definition and value, then understand the world trends of its education, followed by elaboration of the relationship between education and the practice of cultural property concepts and finally focus on the issue of teacher cultivation. Chapter 3 Investigation and understanding of the applied situation of the cultural property upon educational site:The investigation is proceeded under the method of interview, the research is able to understand the relevant teaching activity of the impetus of cultural property education of current stage in various aspects, which include the practice of teaching mode, category of knowledge of the program deliver, investigation of the content of teaching program. In the end, the focus is on the personal characteristic and analysis of acknowledging ability of the teachers. Chapter 4 Address of the design standard of the in-service training program of cultural property of elementary school teachers:Focus on the problems brought up by teachers of the impetus of teaching of cultural property, the researcher starts from the aspect of teachers’ demands and cultural proerty to plan and draft the research and study program of cultural property. In hope to offer reference for the research and study organizing unit to solve problems such as lack of acknowledging ability and obstacles of impetus of cultural property teaching. Chapter 5 Conclusion and suggestion
