對於半導體封裝產業現況來說,為了因應歐盟制定的WEEE及RoHS等相關指令,導入綠色製程,已是這個產業目前所面臨的最重要實務課題。 本研究透過文獻探討及問卷調查方式,針對國內半導體封裝產業在導入綠色製程的過程中,所面臨到的阻力及因應對策,加以探討分析,包含管理績效、製程績效、成本考量、阻力評估等方面。並提出相關分析結果,以供半導體封裝產業導入綠色製程參考之用,研究結果如下: 1、 導入綠色製程之成本考量與管理績效、製程績效、阻力評估等相互的關係及影響力。 2、 供研究結論予半導體封裝公司管理階層,使其了解在導入綠色製程中會面臨的 阻力,對綠色製程認知向上提升,減少導入時所遇到的阻礙。 3、 公司基本組織架構與導入綠色製程時,與各構面間相互關係和影響力, 讓半導體封裝產業,可以利用公司基本組織架構優勢,進而讓綠色製程順利導入。 藉由半導體封裝產業導入綠色製程,因應不同的客戶對綠色產品的要求日益升高,並將供應鏈之模式改為綠色夥伴共同研發方式,轉化提升產業競爭力和對社會環境責任的實現。
The Green process in the Semiconductor industry is very important to meet WEEE and RoHS, especially in European Union. This research is based on literature review and questionnaire survey to analyze the implementation of Green process in a Semiconductor industry. The process includes management performance, manufacturing performance, costs and resistance evaluation. The results of our research can be summarized as follows: . We evaluate the effect of Green process on costs, management performance, manufacturing performance, and implementation. . The research results provide top managers insights in implementing Green process in semiconductor companies. . The results provide organization benchmark to implement Green process smoothly. The Green process in Semiconductor industry seeks to meet different requirements for Green products from customer as well as Green partnership. The strategy will improve environment and industry competitiveness in the long run.
