摘要 近年來,由於「零體罰」政策的實施,在校園中產生了很大的影響,社會大眾也對零體罰有不同的意見。本研究的目的為探討國民中學教師對於零體罰政策的看法並分析零體罰政策對國民中學教師管教學生的影響及因應方式。本研究選擇桃園縣一所國中的兩位教師為研究參與者,進行個案研究,並藉由深入訪談,參與觀察及文件分析之方法進行資料的蒐集,而後運用三角檢定,研究者回饋及參與者查證,以確保資料的真實性。 依據資料分析的結果,獲得以下結論: 壹、管教理念的形成是一個連續而不斷演進的過程。 貳、本研究的兩位國民中學教師對零體罰政策很肯定,但對於實施方面感到憂心。 叁、由於零體罰政策,本研究的兩位國民中學教師對學生付出更多的愛並積極學習正向管教學生。 肆、本研究的兩位國民中學教師認為實施零體罰政策,對老師、學生及學校有負面的影響 。 伍、由於零體罰政策,本研究的兩位國民中學教師尋求其他正向管教的方式取代體罰。 最後,本研究也同時針對兩位國民中學教師、一般教師、學校、教育行政機關及後續研究提出建議。
Abstract Recently, “Zero Corporal Punishment” Policy has had a great influence on campus. The public also have different ideas towards “Zero Corporal Punishment”. The purpose of this research is to understand the junior high school teachers’ attitudes and opinions about “Zero Corporal Punishment” Policy, moreover, to analyze the influence on “Zero Corporal Punishment” Policy towards junior high school teachers on disciplining students’ behaviors, and to explore their coping strategies. This study employed a case study . Two teachers at a junior high school in Taoyuan County were chosen for this study. Data collection included formal and informal interviews, participatory observation and document analysis. Data trustworthiness included triangulation, feedback and member check for the accuracy of data interpretation. Based on the analysis result, this study has reached the following conclusions: 1. The concept of disciplining was a continuous and evolutionary process. 2. The two junior high school teachers of this study adopted a positive attitude towards “Zero Corporal Punishment” Policy, but in practice, they felt worried. 3. Due to “Zero Corporal Punishment” Policy, the two junior high school teachers of this study gave more love to their students and learned positively to discipline their behaviors. 4. The two junior high school teachers of this study thought that “Zero Corporal Punishment” Policy had a negative influence on teachers, students and schools. 5. Due to “Zero Corporal Punishment” Policy, the two junior high school teachers of this study disciplined students in other methods. Finally, this study also offered some suggestions towards the two junior high school teachers, other teachers, schools, educational administration institutions and follow-up studies.
