學生自治組織運作之個案研究-以一所桃園縣國中為例

摘要


摘 要 本研究旨在探討國民中學階段學生自治組織運作理念、策略、所遭遇到的挑戰與因應策略以及反思,並提出相關建議,作為日後教育工作實務者參考。本研究採用個案研究方法,研究者以桃園縣一所國民中學學生自治組織運作,進行為期一年的個別訪談、焦點訪談、實地觀察、文件分析以及省思札記等資料蒐集,進而資料分析後,本研究有以下結論與建議: 一、結論 (一)引導學生自治理念可從三方面思考,包含:活動推動的理念、政見擬定的理念、指導學生的理念。 (二)推動學生自治組織運作策略為以學生為主體、辦理校內活動、建立分工合作的組織團隊。 (三)推動學生自治組織運作分為三階段:活動規劃、政見執行、發展學校自我特色階段。 (四)實施學生自治組織運作後,學生發展出相互服務合作的班級氣氛以及陶鑄民主的知識學習,惟自我管理的校園文化方面仍有待努力。 (五)實施學生自治組織運作後,將學生自治活動結合相關課程教學以及定位學生自治組織角色為發聲者 (六)學校行政人員、老師及學生對於學生自治組織運作之建議為持續關注與支持、增設指導老師、增加活動深度、提供作決定的責任、落實指導老師責任 二、建議 (一)對於個案學校及行政人員的建議 1、可以適當調整管理方式。 2、可以參與相關專業輔導知能的訓練。 (二)對於個案老師及學生的建議 1、可以主動支持與參與。 2、讓學生能了解實質意涵。 (三)對教育行政機關的建議 1、關注學校實施成效,給予切合需求的協助。 2、建立楷模學校觀摩,辦理種子教師訓練。

Abstract The purpose of this study is to explore the operational concepts, strategies, challenges, coping strategies, and reflect of current situation junior high school student council. Also, according to the findings below, suggestions were given to teachers, schools and educational administrations. The methodology of this study is mainly a qualitative survey. The junior high school in Taoyuan County was observed for a year. The qualitative survey is constructed by the focus of interviews, observations, reflective journals, documents and data collection. The major findings are as the followings: 1. Promote student council operating philosophy:service classmates, full participation, empowerment, and to give care. 2. Promote student council strategy: student-centered autonomous activities, activities at school, and organizational cooperation. 3. Three steps of student council: plan for activities, event planning, execution of politics, and development of school self-characteristics. 4. After student council worked, students developed a cooperation climate, and they could learn knowledge about democracy. However, the school climate of students’ self-government is poor. 5. After student council worked, student council should be intergated related curriculum and empower them. 6. The suggestions of school administrators, teachers and students are to keep concerning, supporting, adding insstructors and activits. The major suggestions are as the followings: 1.For the case of school and administrative staff. (1) adjust management. (2) join the professional training. 2. For the case of teachers and students. (1) actively support and participate. (2) make students understand the true meaning of student council. 3. For the educational administrations. (1) concern the effectiveness of the school and assist school. (2) establish model learning, training for seed teacher.
