LOHAS「Life styles of health and sustainability」,中文譯為「健康可持續性的生活方式」,具體而言,樂活就是在消費時,會考慮到自己和家人的健康以及對生態環境的責任心。樂活(LOHAS)不光是愛地球,也不只是愛自己和家人的健康,而是兩者都愛的生活方式。因此樂活風潮也在各個層面展開,在地有機飲食、生態旅遊、使用環保天然素材的商品等。 本創作將此LOHAS精神帶入地方特色產業發展的方向,原因在於若是僅用商業行為宣傳、號召遊客,而不重視當地文化,販售的商品也與一般觀光景點相同,將失去其造訪價值,當一個地方有其造訪價值時,是因為當地的文化或是獨特性被顯現,得到人們的共鳴。車埕是一個有故事的小鎮,它早期為伐木重鎮,以自然資源換取經濟價值,但這也是車埕獨有的木頭文化,現在當地以獨特的木頭創意商品、純樸幽靜的休閒小鎮、復育樹木,教育人們的方式,重新讓大家認識車埕。 本創作以車埕的LOHAS精神設計兩個不同的旅遊企劃:「綠色情人節」與「車埕背包客」, 「綠色情人節」企劃,希望遊客、情人來車埕種樹,把對彼此間的愛情更擴大成對土地的愛。遊客可以體驗不同於其他的綠色LOHAS之旅,以大眾運輸工具旅行至此、吃當地當令的食物、購買具有當地特色的伴手禮、了解種樹對環境、對自然的貢獻與體貼,寓教於樂。「車埕背包客」企劃,是以一個在地人的角度,分享的方式,介紹車埕人的生活,發現車埕不一樣的慢活步調。 木材來自森林,它代表的是自然的一部分、是一種永續存在的資產,也是樂活精神的代表,本創作希望以創意賦予這塊土地新價值,除了要融入當地的特色文化,並以企劃的方式,串連人與人、人與自然、人與土地、人與木頭的關係。
LOHAS translate from English「Life styles of health and sustainability」, means healthy sustainable lifestyle. People will consider themselves and family member's health as well as to the ecological environment sense of responsibility while they go shopping. LOHAS is a lifestyle to love earth and people’s health. LOHAS also launches in each stratification plane, organic food, eco-tourism, use environmental protection natural source material commodity and so on. This creation leads LOHAS concept on local culture industrial development the direction. If only uses the business dealing propaganda, but does not take the local culture, the sales commodity is also same as the general sightseeing scenic spot, will lose it to visit the value. Che-Cheng is a small village, it was lumbered during years ago. It develop many creative wooden souvenir and educate people how to protect forest. This creation contains two LOHAS projects ”Green Valentine’s Day” and” Che-Cheng Backpacker” .The” Green Valentine’s Day” project hoped that lovers come to Che-Cheng planting trees and increase their love to earth. The tourist may experienced different traveling by the populace transport means travel hence, eats local food ,purchase have the local characteristic souvenir , the understanding to plant trees to the environment, with to sympathize to the natural contribution. The “Che-Cheng Backpacker” project is sharing different sights of LOHAS lifestyle in Che-Cheng as a resident. The lumber comes from the forest, what it represents is a natural part, and also parts of LOHAS spirits. The creation hoped that entrusts with this land new value establishing contacts person and person, person and nature,, person and wood relations.
