摘 要 本研究旨在探討桃園縣國中導師領導風格與班級經營成效之現況、相關性及 預測情形。本研究採問卷調查法,使用研究工具為「桃園縣國中導師領導風格與 班級經營成效關係之調查問卷」。以桃園縣公立國民中學九年級學生及其導師為 研究對象,有效問卷為674 份。問卷資料處理採用描述統計,卡方考驗、獨立樣 本t考驗、單因子變異數分析、皮爾遜積差相關以及多元迴歸分析。本研究結果 分述如下: (一)桃園縣國民中學學生知覺導師領導風格之現況屬中上程度,以「倡導」層 面得分較高,其中以團隊型領導風格居多。班級經營成效之現況亦屬中上 程度,以「班級氣氛營造」層面表現最佳。 (二)不同背景變項與導師領導風格在「性別」、「年齡」、「服務年資」及「學 校規模」上達顯著差異。 (三)不同背景變項與班級經營成效在「性別」、「年齡」、「學歷」及「服務 年資」上達顯著差異。 (四)國中導師領導風格中之倡導與關懷層面與班級經營成效達顯著正相關。 (五)領導風格中之倡導與關懷層面可有效的預測班級經營成效,其中以「關懷」 解釋力較高。
Abstract The purpose of this study is to investigate the current situation of junior high school Mentors’ Leadership Styles and Class Management Efficiency, the relationship between these two main elements and how Mentors’ Leadership Style predict Mentors’ Class Management Efficiency in Taoyuan County. The methodology of this research was mainly a questionnaire survey. The questionnaire was “The relationship between junior high school Mentors’ Leadership Style and Class Management Efficiency” and 674 valid samples were produced by the school mentors and ninth grade students from public junior high schools in Taoyuan County. The researcher analyzed the survey data by various statistical methods such as Descriptive statistic analysis, Chi-Square tests,t-test, One-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation analysis and Multiple regression analysis. The results are as followed: 1. The junior high school mentors scored above average in Leadership Styles and scored higher on “initiation of structure” than on “consideration behavior”. The “team management” is widely applied in the junior high school classes now. The Junior High School mentors scored above average in Class Management Efficiency and scored the highest on “classroom climate management”. 2. The junior high school mentors with different background variables of “Gender”, “Age”, “Years of Service” and “School Size” significantly differ in Leadership Styles. 3. The junior high school mentors with different background variables of “Gender”, “Age”, “Academic Background” and “Years of Service” significantly differ in Class Management Efficiency. 4. The junior high school Mentors’ Leadership Styles on “initiation of structure” and “consideration behavior” and Class Management Efficiency are positively and significantly correlated. 5. The junior high school Mentors’ Leadership Styles on “initiation of structure” and “consideration behavior” can predict Class Management Efficiency. The factor “consideration behavior” is more predictable.
