本研究主要在探討人格特質與勞動條件對大專院校生從事觀光賭場工作意願之關係,並研究不同性別、年齡、父親職業與母親職業在投入觀光賭場工作意願上的差異情形。在此選定測量五大人格特質以及勞動條件兩種量表進行研究分析,以便利抽樣方法對三所大專院校之應屆畢業生進行調查。問卷回收資料分別以信度分析、描述性統計、t檢定與ONE-WAY ANOVA分析等統計方法進行資料處理。 研究結果發現如下: 一、 大四學生個人屬性中性別、年齡、父親職業與母親職業在投入觀光賭場工作意願上並無差異。 二、 大四學生人格特質與在投入觀光賭場工作意願部分呈現顯著相關,其中人格特質為「外向性」、「經驗開放性」與「情緒穩定性」者,在投入意願呈現顯著相關,「宜人性」者相關程度偏低。 三、 觀光賭場勞動條件之「工時與誘因補償」、「薪資」、「工作環境」與「工作訓練」對學生在投入觀光賭場工作意願呈現顯著相關。 在本研究中,發現人格特質之「勤勉正直性」者在投入觀光賭場工作意願呈無相關,建議若能在日常博奕課程中加強品品格教育與職業道德之訓練,將可降低未來工作可能對博彩業造成的負面影響。
The study focuses on probing the influence of personality and work conditions to students’ working inclination in tourist casinos. The difference in gender, age, occupation of parents are also be researched to the influence of students’ inclination to work at tourist casinos. The quantitative list of Five Factor Model of personality and work conditions has been chosen to do the research analysis, and using convenience sampling to investigate graduating students of three universities. The returned questionnaires are processed by using the Analysis of Reliability, Descriptive Statistical Analysis, T test, and One-Way Anova. The results are as follow: 1. College students’ personal traits have no difference in the influence of gender, age, and parents’ occupation to their working inclination in tourist casinos. 2. College students’ personality show significant relation in the inclination to work in tourist casinos, especially with the personal traits of “Extraversion”, “Openness to experience”, “Emotional Stability”, has a significant relation to the inclination. However, the “Agreeableness” has a low significant relation. 3. The labor terms of tourist casinos such as “Working time and Incentives Compensation”, “Salary”, “Working Environment”, and “Working Training”, have significant relation in students’ inclination to work at tourist casinos. In this study, the personality of “conscientiousness” has no significant relation to the inclination to work at tourist casinos. Therefore, there is a suggestion that it will reduce the negative influences to the future work of gaming industry if some training such as personality education and work ethics can be added to the regular gaming courses.
