摘要 本研究旨在探討南投縣國小教師接受互動式電子白板(IWB)融入教學因素之關係以及對科技接受的情形。主要在瞭解背景變項、外部變項以及科技接受模式變項對國小教師接受IWB融入教學的差異情形;並根據研究結果提出相關建議,做為教育相關單位及學校推動國小教師使用IWB融入教學的參考。本研究之研究工具係參考國內外相關文獻所編製之結構式問卷,問卷內容包含基本背景資料、科技接受模式量表以及外部變項量表。研究對象為南投縣公立國小之教師,取樣共600人,有效樣本回收率為87.8%,所得問卷以SPSS12.0軟體,進行百分比、平均值、標準差、t檢定、單因子變異數分析、薛費事後比較法、Pearson積差相關等統計分析。 本研究主要結論如下: 一、對推動IWB融入教學教育相關單位建議: (一)提高IWB在校園普及率,班班都有IWB (二)設立獎勵制度鼓勵教師使用IWB融入教學 (三)產學合作研發更易學習之操作介面,設計對女性教師更具親和力的IWB教學軟體 (四)積極推廣IWB融入教學,訂定推動IWB執行政策 二、對國小教師的建議: (一)積極主動參與IWB相關研習活動 (二)教師間應互相對話,分享使用IWB融入教學心得,共同解決問題 (三)教師自編合適用於IWB的教學教材,以便更符合教學需求 三、對後續研究者的建議: (一)在研究內容上,可深入探討融入意向與實際使用行為的差異 (二)在研究工具上,可以增加不同外部變項做討論 (三)在研究方法上,增加質性研究可能性、輔以行動研究
Abstract The purpose of this study is to discuss influential factors that affects elementary school teachers utilizing interactive whiteboard(IWB) into teaching,and to investigate their acceptance of technology.The goals are to analyze the different demographic variables,different external variables,and acceptance of technology variables among elementary school teachers.The research tool emloyed here is a structural questionnaire based on the overseas and domestic researches.The structural questionnaire includes demographic data sheet,technology acceptance and external variables.Participants were 600 elementary school teachers in Nantou County.The response rate reached 87.8%.The data were processed by 12.0 with descriptive statistics percentage,mean,standard deviation,t-test,one way ANOVA and Scheffe post-hoc method,Pearson’s Product-moment Correlation and multiple regression. The results revealed are as follows: 1. The promotion of education-related units into teaching IWB suggestions: (1)Improve IWB penetration in the campus,and let every class have IWB for using. (2)Establish reward system to encourage teachers to use IWB into teaching. (3) University-industry cooperation, R & D more easy learning, more user-friendly interface of IWB teaching software for female teachers to use. (4) Actively promote the IWB into teaching, to promote the IWB implementation of policies set. 2. Recommendations for elementary school teachers: (1) Active participation in learning activities related IWB. (2) Among teachers should talk to each other, share experiences using the IWB into teaching,joint problem-solving. (3) Teachers design teaching materials for the IWB in order to better meet the teaching needs. 3.The suggestion to the future research: (1) In the study of content, depth can be integrated into the intention and the actual use of behavioral differences. (2) In a research tool, you can do to increase discussion of the different externalvariables. (3) In research methods, increase the possibility of qualitative research, combined with action research.
