屏東縣國中教師工作滿意度與教師效能感相關研究

A Study of the Relationship Between Teachers’job Satisfaction and Teachers’ sense of Efficacy in Junior High Schools in Pingtung County

摘要


本研究旨在瞭解目前國民中學教師工作滿意度及國民中學教師效能感之現況,並探討教師工作滿意度與教師效能感之關係。主要採問卷調查方式實施,以屏東縣國中教師為對象,根據文獻探討及相關實證之研究結果設計問卷,並進行問卷調查,最後將調查結果加以統計分析與討論。 本研究結果發現如下幾點: 一、屏東縣國民中學教師工作滿意度良好,在「人際氣氛」層面滿意度最高。 二、屏東縣國民中學教師效能感現況良好,在「師生關係」層面效能感最高。 三、國民中學教師工作滿意度依其背景變項不同之差異性分析上,不同「年 齡」、「學校位置」、「學校規模」等變項在教師工作滿意整體或向度有 顯著差異存在。 四、國民中學教師效能感依其背景變項不同之差異性分析上,不同「學校位 置」、「學校規模」變項上有顯著差異存在。 五、國中教師工作滿意度與教師效能感之間呈正相關,教師工作滿意度愈好, 教師效能感也愈佳。 六、根據迴歸分析得知國中教師工作滿意度對教師效能感具有足夠的解釋力, 檢定結果均達顯著水準,國中教師工作滿意度整體可解釋教師效能感總變 異量的22.6%,其中以「行政領導」、「人際氣氛」、「學校課程」較具 解釋力 關鍵字:教師工作滿意度、教師效能感

This study aims to find out the extent of the junior high school teachers’ job satisfaction , the extent of the junior high school teachers’ sense of efficacy and the relation between these two. The study is conducted with questionnaires designed based on literature review and related empirical studies. The questionnaires were distributed to the junior high school teachers in Pingtung County. Then the collected data were analyzed and discussed. The major findings of this study were summarized as follows: 1.The junior high school teachers in Pingtung County show high job satisfaction with the highest satisfaction in “interpersonal climate.” 2.The junior high school teachers in Pingtung County show high sense of efficacy with the highest sense of efficacy in “the relationship between the teacher and students.” 3.The variance analysis of teachers’ job satisfaction shows that variables such as “age” , “ location of school”, “size of school” have significant differences in the teachers’ job satisfaction . 4.The variance analysis of teachers’ sense of efficacy shows that variables such as “ location of school”, “size of school” have significant differences in the teachers’ sense of efficacy . 5.There is a positive correlation between teachers’ job satisfaction and teachers’ sense of efficacy, which means the better the teachers’ job satisfaction is, the better the teachers’ sense of efficacy is, and vice versa. 6.Simultaneous multiple regression indicates that teachers’ job satisfaction has ample explanation to teachers’ sense of efficacy .All the aspects of teachers’ job satisfaction account entirely for 22.6% of variance, and among them, “Administrative leadership”, “Interpersonal climate”, “Curriculum” has the greatest influence.
