台北市高中生參與服務性休閒活動意圖之研究---以師大附中為例 摘要 本研究目的旨在運用Ajzen(1988)計畫行為理論,探討台北市高中生參與服務性休閒活動之意圖。受試者以九十一學年度就讀台北市師大附中高中部一∼三年級學生為研究對象,研究工具為研究者自編之「開放式引導問卷」與「結構式問卷」。為達到研究目的,研究採用描述性統計、t檢定,單因子變異數分析、Pearson’s積差相關以及單因子多變項變異數分析等統計方法。研究結果發現: 一、態度、主觀規範與知覺行為控制三者間皆有顯著正相關,且對意圖具有44%的解釋量。 二、過去經驗無法有效地增加對意圖的影響力。 三、態度與ΣBi× Ei、主觀規範與ΣNBj× MCj、知覺行為控制與控制信念間皆達中度相關。 四、不同意圖者在行為信念、結果評價、規範信念、依從動機與控制信念等五類概念上有整體性的差異存在。 五、人口統計變項無法直接增加對意圖的解釋力,顯示其對意圖的影響力是間接的。 關鍵字:服務性休閒活動、計畫行為理論、態度、主觀規範、知覺行為控制
The Intentions of Senior High School Students’ Participating in Service-Leisure Activities by Theory of Planned Behavior ---A Case Study of HSNU. Abstract The purpose of this study was to explore the students' intention of participating in service activities during leisure time on the basis of Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB). The subjects were selected from the HSNU ( The Affiliated Senior High School of National Taiwan Normal University ) in 2002. The method adopted in this study was questionnaire survey. The study acquired 510 valid questionnaires which data were analyzed by descriptive statistic, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Person’s product-moment correlation, one-way MANOVA. The main findings of this study were: 1. There was the significant interaction among attitude, subjective normal and perceived behavioral control and the explained variance was 44%. 2. The past experience could not increase the explained variance of intention significantly. 3. Attitudes, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control were shown to be related to appropriate sets of salient behavioral, normative, and control beliefs about the behavior. 4. Whether there was intention to participate in service activities or not was shown to differ significantly in behavior belief, evaluation, normative belief, motivation to comply, and control belief. 5. The different demographic variables could not increase the explained variance of intention directly.
