本研究基於關切地球生態環境,故由「環境心理學」觀點探討環境態度、休閒偏好、休閒安排意向的歷程,祈使正向的環境態度能落實「地球永續發展」行為。本研究探討學童家長以認知、情感、行為傾向所構成的「態度」與為小學子女休閒安排「意向」之關係,並分析「學童家長背景屬性」、「家長環境態度」、「家長休閒偏好」與「家長為小學子女安排休閒活動意向」之間的關係。 本研究以嘉義縣、市國小學童家長為研究母體,採量化研究的問卷調查法取得有效樣本472份進行分析,經實證研究結果顯示:學童家長環境態度經由因素分析後得到六個環境態度因素構面,分別為「行動傾向」、「科學知識」、「行動策略認知」、「資源限制」、「尊重自然」與「環境危機」;並由集群分析,將學童家長環境態度分為「環境先鋒」、「人類中心主義」、「低感知者」與「環境行動者」四類群。經由單因子變異數分析顯示,家長環境態度不同為小學子女安排休閒活動意向不同;皮爾森相關分析結果顯示:家長自身休閒偏好與為子女安排休閒意向有關。 本研究除了呈現不同類群學童家長環境態度對休閒偏好、休閒安排意向有顯著差異外,亦間接證明環境態度與行為意向之間的相關性。研究者也提出提升環境態度、休閒遊憩活動的相關建議,期待對環境永續有實際助益。
As far as environmental sustainable development is concerned, environmental attitude, leisure preferences and intention of leisure activities are explored in this study on the perspectives of environmental psychology. The concept of attitude formed by cognitions, emotions, and behaviors is dealt with. The purpose of this study is to find the relation among parents’ living background, parents’ environmental attitude, the preferences of parent’s leisure activities, and the intention of arranging their elementary- school- aged children’s leisure activities. In this research, 472 valid samples are maintained from elementary school students of both Chiayi county and Chiayi city. Whereas, the idea of the environmental attitudes parents of the school children hold towards is constituted with practical tendency, scientific knowledge, cognitive strategies of action, resource constraints, respect for nature, and environmental crisis. A cluster analysis of 35 items of environmental attitudes is conducted to divide parents into 4 groups: environment pioneer, anthropocentrism, low awareness, and activist through one-way ANOVA analysis, it shows that the intention of leisure activity arrangement is varied with parents’ environmental attitudes. Pearson correlation analysis also indicates that parents’ leisure preferences have something to do with the intention of their children’s leisure activity arrangement. This study not only states the differences of leisure arrangement made by environmental attitudes, but also proves the interrelation between environmental attitudes and intention of behaviors. Suggestions are hence made, about how to improve the environmental attitudes, leisure and recreation activities, in terms of environmental sustainability.
