行政院勞工委員會為紓解青少年高失業率問題,培訓契合企業職場需求之員工,自2003年起引進德國雙軌制(Dual System)技職教育訓練模式,期能結合學校理論課程與企業實務訓練,消弭學校教育產出與產業人力需求的落差,幫助青少年畢業後直接投入企業成為專業核心人員或儲備人員。本計畫執為更契合國內產業及社會之需求,於2009年以本土化為計畫再造導向,轉型為「雙軌訓練旗艦計畫」。根據統計資料顯示,本計畫執行至今,畢業生平均就業率已達8成,大致上已達成「畢業即就業」之目標, 本研究旨在探討影響雙軌訓練旗艦計畫二專訓練生畢業後的生涯選擇傾向與影響生涯選擇之因素,透過問卷調查法,對全國七所參與雙軌訓練計畫二專學制的應屆訓練生發出320份問卷,回收231份有效問卷,經分析調查後研究結果彙整如下: 一、雙軌訓練旗艦計畫二專訓練生的生涯選擇傾向受到「個人因素」與「家庭因素」的影響。 二、雙軌訓練旗艦計畫訓練生會因工作經驗與所擔任職位,對生涯選擇傾向有顯著差異。 三、雙軌訓練旗艦計畫訓練生之成就動機與學習滿意度有正向相關。 四、雙軌訓練旗艦計畫訓練生之成就動機與學習堅韌度有正向相關。 五、雙軌訓練旗艦計畫訓練生之成就動機、學習滿意度對生涯選擇方向有正向影響。
Recent year, more and more young people are out of work. The people whose level of education is below high school, the unemployed rate is the highest. For this reason, Council of Labor Affairs would combine education and occupation training for developing our human resource base. Dual system in Germany has been working hundred years. Council of Labor Affairs domesticates it and named Taiwanese Dual System Project. It is hoped by thronging dual system to make students learn academic education and also do real work in working environment. In other words, Council of Labor Affairs hopes our students study for the purpose of application. There are 231 effective questionnaires to the graduates of Taiwanese Dual System Project, hospitality and leisured in 7 universities. The results of study were shown as follows: 1.Among the decision-making factors in career choice, the graduates of Taiwanese Dual System Project make the final decision by personal abilities and family expectation. 2.There was significantly difference in Taiwanese Dual System Project graduates’ working experiences and position to occupational selection tendency. 3.There was positive correlation between students with the achievement motivation and learning satisfaction. 4.There was positive correlation between students with the achievement motivation and hardiness. 5.The achievement motivation and learning satisfaction of caused positive effect to occupational selection tendency.
