以價值鏈觀點探討農業合作社之競爭優勢-以漢光果菜生產合作社為例

A Study on Competitive Advantage for Agriculture Cooperative Based on the Value Chain Perspective –A Case of Hankuan Fruits and Vegetables Production Cooperative

摘要

農業為社會經濟發展之基礎，與民生息息相關。有許多研究更探討如何提升農民團體營運效率，以企業化經營理念尋求組織穩定運作之方針，以達台灣農業永續發展。如何提升競爭優勢，正是首要問題。因此，本研究為針對漢光果菜生產合作社做個案的研究，希冀以價值鏈分析深入探討農業合作社之競爭優勢，並運用五力分析瞭解產業競爭情形。
　　研究結果發現，個案合作社於價值鏈活動的執行程度相當高，其中包含主要活動與輔助活動。個案合作社以專業來掌握供應商與買方的議價，此外產業競爭者、潛在競爭者以及替代品對其競爭威脅低。個案合作社最大之競爭優勢為專業分工與完整的資訊化管理系統。農業合作社應加強公共活動的參與與網路平台的互動以建立良好的通路關係且注重資訊化管理之電腦系統的維護與資料的備份以防範危機發生，並穩健人力資源發展以擴大合作社發展面向及密切注意政府政策之動向以應對國際間的潛在競爭者，以上建議提供農業合作社經營者作為提升未來競爭力之參考依據。

Basis for the socio-economic development of agriculture, daily life and livelihood. Many studies also explore how to enhance operational efficiency farmer organizations, to enterprise management philosophy for the stable operation of the policy of the Organization to achieve sustainable development of agriculture in Taiwan. How to enhance the competitive edge is paramount. Therefore, this study focuses on the Han－Kuang fruit and vegetable production cooperatives as a case study, in the hope to further explore the value chain analysis of the competitive advantage of agricultural cooperatives, and use the five forces analysis of the situation to understand industry competition.
　　The results showed that cases of cooperative activities in the value chain, a high degree of implementation, including the main activities and complementary activities. Cases of cooperatives to capture a professional
supplier and buyer bargaining, in addition, industry competitors, potential competitors and alternatives to competitive threats to its low. Cases, the largest cooperative competitive advantage for the professional division of labor and Complete information management system. Agricultural cooperatives to strengthen public participation in activities and networking platform for the interaction with the channel relationship and a good attention to management information system maintenance and data seniority in order to guard against crises, and sound human resources development in order to expand and close attention to the trend of government policy to respond to potential international competitors. These suggests were provided to the agricultural cooperation to enhance future competitiveness as a reference.
