運用AHP法分析碩士在職進修因素之研究

A Study of Using the Analytic Hierarchy Process Method to Explore the Reasons of Studying a In-service Education Master's Degree

摘要


經濟不景氣、失業率居高不下,在職進修成為現在提升自我價值的最佳選擇,因此希望透過本研究來探討影響碩士在職進修之因素。本研究採用層級分析法以問卷調查方式進行研究,依相關文獻建立評估要素、編制問卷並透過專家問卷進行篩選,最後以層級分析法分析問卷結果。經由研究結果分析與討論,獲得以下結論: 一、針對碩士在職進修影響因素,在「工作需求」上「加強專業知識」為在職進修者認為最重要的考量因素;在「生涯規劃」上「實現自我願望」為在職進修者認為最重要的考量因素;在「個人因素」上「增加個人競爭力」為在職進修者認為最重要的考量因素;在「社會環境」上「順應現今社會普遍高學歷」為在職進修者認為最重要的考量因素。 二、整體評估因素結果以「工作需求」最為重要。 三、所有影響因素中,工作需求之加強專業知識為影響碩士在職進修最重要考量因素。 針對研究結果與結論,提出相關建議提供各大專院校作為招生策略之參考。

Due to the economic downturn and the high unemployment, on-the-job training become the best choice to enhance self-worth. Therefore, I would like to explore the factors that affect the willingness to join on-the-job master program through this study. In this research, the method of Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) is adopted to study by the questionnaire survey. According to the relevant literature survey, the decisive factors were collected to form the questionnaire that were scrutinized by experts. Finally, the results of the questionnaire were analyzed by AHP. Through the analysis and discussion of the research results, the following conclusion are obtained. 1.In connection with the influencing factors to the willingness of the on-the-job master program, "the enhance expertise " in "the job requirement", "the self-realization "in "the career planning ", "the increasing individual competitiveness" in "the personal factors" and "meeting the higher education degree in present society” in "the social environment " are considered as the most important factors for on-the-job training people. 2.The overall results of decisive factor is job requirements. 3.All the influencing factors in the job requirement is the strengthening of professional knowledge. The research results could give recruit unit as reference for making recruiting strategy in the on-the job master program.
