本研究旨在探索兒童及少年社會工作者社會支持情形與對工作適應之關係。本研究採用問卷調查法的方式,共計發放給46處提供兒童與少年社會工作服務之組織,共發送351份問卷,回收201份有效問卷,回收率為57.2%,經統計分析後得到以下研究發現: 一、兒童及少年社會工作者的社會支持來源感受偏中上程度,以職場中的社會支持得分最高。 二、兒童及少年社會工作者整體工作適應偏中上程度。 三、兒童及少年社會工作者的社會支持情形,因不同的個人屬性、個人工作經驗、任職組織特質,部份層面具有顯著差異。 四、 兒童及少年社會工作者的工作適應狀況,因不同的個人屬性、個人工作經驗、任職組織特質,部份層面具有顯著差異。 五、 兒童及少年社會工作者的社會支持與工作適應具有相關性。 最後,根據上述研究發現,研究者針對為機構、社工員個人與專業教育養成單位等三大面向提出相關之建議。
Abstract The purpose of this study is to investigate the relevant factors between social support and work adjustment of the children social workers. This study used questionnaires, totally are 351 questionnaires of 46 organizational that provides for children and adolescents social work services, the valid questionnaires are 201 and the recall rate reaches to 57.2%. After the statistical analysis, the research findings are as follows: 1.The Children social workers have the higher intermediate of social suppor and highest sense of Social support in the workplace. 2. The Children social workers have the higher intermediate from work adjustment. 3. The Children social workers’ social support have significant differences due to different personal attributes, personal work experience and serving organizational characteristics. 4. The Children social workers’ work adjustment have significant differences due to different personal attributes, personal work experience, serving organizational characteristics and social support degree. 5. It has the positive correlation between social support and work adjustment for The Children social workers. In the end, based on the research findings, the author makes suggestions especially for the following three areas: organizations, social workers, and professional education units.
