近年來教育改革緊鑼密鼓地推動著,當中教師的生涯承諾是其成敗的重要議題,因此本研究旨在探討台中市國民中學教師自我效能、工作投入以及生涯承諾之現況調查與相互間關係之研究,並提出研究結果與建議,提供教育主管機關、學校及教師作為參考。 經由相關文獻整理,建構本研究之理論基礎與研究架構,並編制問卷。為達本研究之目的,採用問卷調查法,以台中市公立國民中學的教師為研究對象,其中包括主任、組長、級任與科任教師,其餘身份 (代課教師、非參與教學之學校員工) 並未納入此次研究範圍,採立意抽樣,共抽出500位教師,得有效樣本451位。所得資料以描述性統計、單因子變異數分析、皮爾森積差相關等方法加以統計分析。 研究結果得知各構面間具有相關性,所有假設皆成立,並達顯著水準;本研究發現:國中教師之自我效能會對工作投入成正向影響,且自我效能與工作投入對生涯承諾皆成正向影響。
Education reform is redoubling its efforts to promote in recent years. Which in Career commitment is the important success issues among teachers. This study was to investigate the current situation and correlation with self-efficacy and job involvement and career commitmentefficacy among Taichung City junior high school teachers. According to the data and result, the research offers suggestions for educational administrative authorities, schools and teachers for dealing with some related problems. Through literature review and construct the theoretical basis of this study and research framework. To achieve the purpose of this study, the use of questionnaires and targeted at public junior high schools teachers in Taichung City as the research object, including the director, head of the class teachers and subject teachers, and the remaining capacity (supply teachers, non-participating schools teaching staff) Not included the scope of the study. A stratified purposive sampling method was used to select 500 teachers and 451 were valid. The data descriptive statistics, one-way ANOVA, Pearson product moment correlation to statistical analysis. The results between the various dimensions that are correlation. All hypothesis are Supported, and reached significant levels. The found of this study: junior high school teachers of self-efficacy to job involvement as a positive effect, and self-efficacy on career commitment and job involvement are Into a positive effect.
