大專女學生參與體育課之探討

Girls Do Not Love Sports? What Would PE Teacher Do?

摘要


為改善女性學生之運動低參與率,本文藉由文獻探討以瞭解女性參與運動之現況,試圖從中提出在體育課程中體育教師可行之努力方向,經綜合分析討論後,得到以下對體育課程與教學之建議,分別為:培養體育教師本身對性別平等的正確觀念、讓女學生體驗運動的成功經驗、避免高度競爭的活動、設計分工合作之機會、尊重性別的差異、運用同儕相互影響、提供完整多元化之體育課程目標、運用大眾傳播媒體、改善適合女性運動之場地、鼓勵參與運動社團、協助克服參與運動之阻礙以及溝通身體美感觀念等。

In order to change the situations of low female student's participation rate in sport, this study was through literature to find out the status of women in the physical education, and trying to get in the physical education curriculum proposed feasible direction for PE teachers. The suggestions to physical education curriculum and teaching were as follows, training physical education teachers about their right to gender equality concepts, the female students to experience the successful experience of movement, to avoid the highly competitive activities, the design division of labor opportunity, respect for gender differences, the use of peer interaction, providing the full diversity of the physical education curriculum objectives, the use of media, to improve the venue for the women's movement, to encourage participation in sports clubs, participate in sports to help overcome the obstacles and the concept of communication such as physical beauty.
