The main purposes of this study was to develop a framework using SoLoMo(Social, Local, Mobile) as the analytical structure to collect the main mobile learning, while aiming to develop the APP of Outdoor Instruction. There were two objectives for this research, with the main focus on mobile learning APP and learning experiences were connected to guide the activity and pass through the game to achieve mobile learning. This study used research method with Documentary Analysis to product the APP of Outdoor Instruction content, Full Functional Approach to make the APP of Outdoor Instruction, and Half-Standard Interview to invite elementary teachers provided suggestions. The result of study displayed to execute the APP of Outdoor Instruction, which realized the advantage of mobile learning.
