為推廣全民運動,培養大學生的規律運動習慣。本研究探討參加運動性社團動機是否可以影響其規律運動的態度與行為。本研究以立意取樣方式,選擇中部地區參與學校運動性社團的學生為研究對象。研究工具:本研究以參與動機量表與運動習慣量表為研究工具,題項包含性別、身高、體重等問句。研究結果:經由逐步多元迴歸分析得知,性別因素跟運動性社團參與動機中的「人際社交」、「紓解壓力」與「自我挑戰」對於規律運動習慣有顯著的預測力。以動機需求理論而言,推廣學生參與運動性社團並培養其規律運動習慣,參與學生除了要提升其運動知能外,也要著重於滿足其人際社交、放鬆紓壓與自我實現的需求。
In order to promote "Sport for All "and cultivate the regular exercise habits of college students. This study explored the motivations of participation in sports clubs and the influence of regularly sports. Sampling method: Intentional sampling method. Research objects: Students who participate in school sports clubs in the central region. Research tools: Participation Motivation Scale and Exercise Habits Scale, the items include gender, height, weight and other questions. Research results: Through stepwise multiple regression analysis, it was known that gender and "interpersonal socialization", "stress relief" and "self-challenge" in the motivation of participating in sports clubs had significant predictive power for regular exercise habits. From the motivation and needs theory, to promote students to participate in sports clubs and cultivate their regular exercise habits, participating. students should not only improve their sports knowledge, but also focus on meeting their needs for interpersonal communication, relaxation, stress relief, and self-realization.
