伴隨著社會與經濟結構的快速變遷,貧窮對經濟弱勢少年不只產生生理的影響,更會影響其心理層面,尤其是自我效能方面。因此,如何提升經濟弱勢少年的自我效能是當前的一重要課題。本研究採用單案設計和訪談法,來探究自我效能團體對經濟弱勢少年自我效能的影響。針對6名經濟弱勢少年設計並帶領自我效能團體,使用研究工具為中學生自我效能量表、團體工作紀錄、團體滿意度調查表、訪談大綱。將所得資料進行分析後,本研究之結論與建議為:一、自我效能團體有助於經濟弱勢少年建構成功經驗並提升自我效能;二、經濟弱勢少年於自我效能團體過後兩個月內產生學習遷移,於日常生活中產生持續性的正向影響;三、本研究設計之自我效能團體方案,可以作為社會工作人員協助提升經濟弱勢少年之自我效能之參考。
With the rapid change in the current social and economic structure in Taiwan, poverty has physiological and psychological impact on financially disadvantaged youths, particularly on self-efficacy. Therefore, how to improve the self-efficacy of financially disadvantaged youths is an important issue. The study employed a single-case design and in-depth interviews to explored the influence of self-efficacy groups on the self-efficacy of financially disadvantaged youths. The design is specifically for 6 financially disadvantaged youths to conduct self-efficacy groups. The research tools used for data analysis include self-efficacy scale for high school students, group work records, a group satisfaction survey and an interview outline. The results were as follows: (1) Self-efficacy groups could assist financially disadvantaged youths to build successful experiences and improve their self-efficacy. (2) The financially disadvantaged youths will have a learning transfer within two months after the self-efficacy group intervention, which will have continuous positive impact on their daily life. (3) Social workers could employ the self-efficacy group program designed in this research to improve the self-efficacy of financially disadvantaged youths.
