摘 要 本研究之目的在於探討觸法少年自我控制經驗和自我效能評估對生活適應的影響。研究者採用問卷調查法,以中部某地方法院觸法少年進行資料蒐集,共取樣900名為研究對象,以研究者自編之青少年個人行為與生活適應問卷予以施測,回收有效問卷871份。 所有問卷資料透過描述統計、探索式因素分析、單因子變異量分析及皮爾森積差相關、逐步多元迴歸等統計方法,進行統計分析與檢驗。 主要的研究發現如下: 一、不同年齡組的少年,冒險性、投機性有顯著差異,其中11-15歲的「冒險性」 顯著高於18-21歲。 二、在就學情形方面,學習表現可以預測「學校適應」問題。 三、在就業情形方面,發現目前沒有工作者具較高的「投機性」,已有固定工作 者具有較好的「學習生涯發展」效能。 四、不同家庭組的觸法少年在自我效能中的「自我信心」、「學習表現」有顯著 差異。生親家庭在「自我信心」、「學習表現」方面優於其他三組;生親家 庭的少年在整體生活適應感受達顯著差異。 五、自我控制經驗四因子、自我效能評估四因子對於生活適應感受皆有顯著相關。 六、自我控制經驗、自我效能評估能預測生活適應感受。其中「學習生涯發展」 對於「被動求助人際」、「家庭適應」、「主動人際適應」、「個人適應」最具預 測力。「學習表現」對於「學校適應」最具預測力。 最後,研究者根據研究結論,針對家長、少年司法人員及教育輔導人員,提出相關建議。 關鍵字:觸法少年、自我控制、自我效能、生活適應
Abstract The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between self-control,self-efficacy ,and life adjustment of the delinquents juvenile. The study was conducted through a survey questionnaire. There were 900 18-21 year-old youth from the probation office in one district court and 871 samples were valid. The instruments used in the study included Personal Behavior Scale and Life Adjustment Scale. Data the collected were analyzed and interpreted by means of descriptive statistics, factor analysis, One-way ANOVA, and stepwise multiple regression. The findings of the study were concluded as follows: 1. There were significant differences among adventure, speculation of the delinquent juvenile in different age group. 2. The learning performance was the main factor of delinquents juvenile’s school adjustment problem. 3. The delinquents juvenile who don’t have work had higher speculation than the other, and the youth employer had better learning career development effectiveness. 4. There were significant differences among self-confidence and learning performance in D.J.’ different kind family. 5. There were significant differences among self-control and self-efficacy toward the life adjustment of delinquents juvenile. 6. Learning career development of delinquents juvenile influenced interpersonal adaptation, family adjustment and personal adjustment significantly. And learning performance was the crucial factor when those juvenile in school. Result from this study was made with recommendations to improve juvenile parents, junior and senior high school teachers and juvenile probation officers.
