合成摻硼鑽石膜做為葡萄糖感測器之應用

摘要


鑽石薄膜有許多吸引人的材料性質,如硬度高、負電親和力、化學惰性、高熱傳導係數、高疏水性,世人開始嘗試摻雜不同的元素進入鑽石薄膜內來改善它的特性,可透過膜內摻雜硼、氮等元素來改善其導電性,使鑽石薄膜能夠應用的區域更為廣泛。 隨著近年來糖尿病已經成了文明國家中普遍的疾病之一,血糖機也開始受到注重,一般的血糖感測試片都需要藉由醋酶(Enzyme)來當作媒介氧化葡萄糖後感測出訊號,但醋酶並不適時分穩定的元素,會受溫度、PH值、濕度、有毒化學物質的影響其準確度,而含硼的鑽石薄膜電極不需藉由醋酶即可氧化葡萄糖,使得感測的數據更維精準。 本研究主要利用微波電漿束化學氣相沉積法(MPCVD)成長含硼奈米鑽石薄膜,以甲烷、氫氣的氣體氛圍作為成長鑽石薄膜的氣體外,並通入硼酸三甲酯(Trimethyborate)為摻雜硼之前驅物,以氫氣為載氣通入腔體中備製薄膜,利用SEM、Raman、AFM、XPS、Contact Angle、四點探針等儀器分析其薄膜特性,最後以循環伏安法(CV)對葡萄糖進行氧化還原,並加入尿酸(Uric Acid)及維生素C(Ascorbic acid)與葡萄糖進行氧化還原反應,探討含硼鑽石薄膜電極是否能夠氧化葡萄糖並受到其他物質干擾。

Diamond thin films is very attractive material in physical and chemical properti- es, such as extreme hardness, negative electron affinity (NEA), chemical inerness, th- ermal conductivity and great foul resistance. In recent years, diabetes has become a general disease in the civilized country. Blood sugar machine been popular, but general glucose pieces oxidized enzyme which be easily affected by temperaure, pH, humidity, and toxic chemical. Boron doped diamond film electrode can oxidized glucose without enzyme glucose oxidase (GOx) and more accurate. In this study, the boron-doped diamond film were deposited by MPCVD. The plasma was induced in a gas mixture of methane and hydrogen. Boron doping was achieved by adding trimethylborate carried by hydrogen to the gas mixture. The sample are analyzed by SEM, Raman, AFM, XPS, Contact Angle、Sheet resistivity.
