寒茗–茶食空間設計研究

摘要


茶空間,是因為有了茶與人的需求而產生,在中國人心中,茶是生活的一部份,茶空間因此與許多事物產生了作用,中國茶文化蘊藏著許多智慧,可以留給現代設計參考運用,因此本研究透過閒置空間再利用方式,將茶文化以茶空間的方式呈現,進而推廣傳統產業,讓傳統產業再昇華。本研究希望達到的研究目的如下: 1. 探討茶文化與文化創意產業的關聯。 2. 探討分析茶空間相關文獻與設計案例。 3. 根據所選定的基地特色,擬定閒置空間再利用之策略與作法。 4. 實施茶空間設計案實務操作。 透過文獻與各類相關資料之蒐集檢討,本研究得知,就針對振興傳統產業,將文化創意產業與茶文化的關連性、展示空間的規劃、相關法規檢討及限制等……做探討,作為前置作業的依據,將中國古代茶空間的意境,以現代設計的角度重新詮釋,達到人們對茶空間的需求,並結合文化涵養創造出空間美學。以木柵基地的人文、交通特色,交互比對分析,综合檢討,得知木柵的人文特質與當地產茶的優勢,對於茶文化的推廣有很大的助益。將老舊客運總站做為閒置空間再利用,形成一種與環境互動的自明性。設計過程反覆推敲,確立了營業方針,針對機能需求與服務動線分析做一完整規劃,並以「守護&創新」企圖在這千變萬化的時代,守護這片土地、守護文化,並以創新的手法做相關的規劃設計,讓空間有了意義。本研究所整理的要點,如文獻的探討、法規的整理、研究流程等……皆可提供未來在相關設計運用之參考。

Tea Space arises from tea and people’s needs. To Chinese, tea is a part of life. Therefore, Tea Space militates against many objects. Chinese tea culture contains plenty of wisdom that can be used and referred to in modern designs. Therefore, this research uses the method of reusing empty space to present tea culture using tea space and then promote and sublimate traditional industry. This research hopes to reach the following research purposes: 1. To probe the connection between tea culture and cultural creative industry. 2. To investigate and analyze Tea Space’s related documents and design cases. 3. To draft the strategies and methods of reusing of empty space according to the characteristics of the chosen base. 4. To take action according to Tea Space’s design plan. Through the collection and analysis of documents and various related information, this research found out that, in the light of developing traditional industry, to investigate the connection between cultural creative industry and tea culture, the plan of exhibition space, the investigation of related law and restrictions, etc. These factors serve as the basis of preparation to explain the artist conception of China’s ancient tea space from the point of view of modern design, reaching people’s needs towards tea space and combining cultural self-restraint to create space aesthetics. After an analysis and cross-reference of the characteristics of Mucha base’s humanities, traffic, an overall investigation found out the advantages of the residents of Mucha’s humanities characteristics and local tea. This helps the promotion of tea culture a lot. Reusing of the empty space of old bus main stain forms an identity that interacts with the environment. After a hash designing process, the operation purposes are confirmed. They include having a full plan in the light of the analysis of the function needs and service traffic flow, attempting to use “protection and innovation” to protect this land and this culture in this volatile era, using innovative methods to do related planning and designing, giving meaning to space. The main points this research has collated, such as the investigation of documents, collation of laws, research process, etc can all be used as references and usage by related designs in the future.
