台灣上班族面臨著高工時、高競爭、高壓力的工作環境。隨著國人的健康意識抬頭,企業關心員工的身體健康已經不是什麼稀奇的事。近年來研究指出,身體上的毛病和心理問題息息相關。許多國內的公司也開始推動注重員工的「心理健康」。因此,本研究即主要探討個體心理學中最重要的觀點「自卑感」與自我效能、工作績效三者間的關係,並針對研究結果提出建議,作為實務與學界上的參考。 本研究透過問卷調查,採用便利抽樣,以台灣上班族為研究對象,發出350份問卷,回收310份有效問卷。並將回收問卷採用敘述性統計、信度分析、因素分析、相關分析、單因子變異數分析與結構方程式統計方式驗證,本研究發現: 一、努力避免自卑感與工作績效有著正向的顯著相關。 二、避免自卑感與自我效能有著正向的顯著相關。 三、自我效能對避免自卑感與工作績效存在部分中介效果。
Taiwanese employees suffer long work hours、high competitiveness and high pressure in their work environment. Owing to the rising health-conscious, more and more company take care of physiological health of employees. The studies are orienting that physiological problems are significantly related to psychological problems. A part of Taiwanese companies is focusing on Mental health. Therefore, this study aims to explore the relationship among inferiority, the most important perspective of Individual Psychology, self-efficacy and job performance. The study utilizes a survey data from sample of 310 Taiwanese employees to exam the hypotheses by using descriptive statistic analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, regression analysis, one way ANOVA and structural equation modeling. The results show that: 1.Striving to avoid inferiority is significantly positive correlated with job performance. 2.Striving to avoid inferiority is significantly positive correlated with self-efficacy. 3.Self-efficacy has a partial mediating effect on the relationship between avoiding inferiority and job performance.
