證券營業員對跨售保險業務工作壓力和工作績效關係之研究-以主管支持為干擾變數

摘要


跨業行銷已成為每家券商業務重點發展方向。為了順應潮流,各家券商都積極佈局跨業經營的業務,期能在收入多元化及資源基礎的原則下擴張其他業務;保險業務也在此應運而生。透過經營策略的建立及KPI管理制度的訂立,以期增加證券營業員的工作績效及據點的附加價值。 本研究目的在探討證券營業員對跨售保險業務工作壓力和工作績效關係之研究-以主管支持為干擾變數(調節變數)。此研究經由文獻探討歸納出理論架構並發展出相關性問卷。本研究採用問卷調查法,以有經營跨售保險業務之證券經紀商為研究對象樣本進行抽樣,調查期間共發放360份問卷,總共回收312份問卷,問卷回收率為86.67%。統計方法採用敘述性統計、因素分析、皮爾森積差相關及多元迴歸分析等方法,來進行統計分析。 本研究發現如下: 1.跨售保險業務工作,工作壓力與工作績效有顯著的相關存在。 2.跨售保險業務工作,工作壓力與主管支持對於工作績效具有預測作用。 3.跨售保險業務工作,主管支持對工作壓力與工作績效之間具有顯著的干擾效果。 本研究最後依據實證研究的結果,提出一些管理實務上的建議及後續之研究方向,期能提供未來證券業在跨售保險業務上管理的參考。

Cross-selling has become the developing point of every securities firm. To orientate the current tendency, every security firm is now actively arranging the cross-operating business, and looking forward to expand other business on the basis of diverse revenues and resources. Therefore, insurance selling has appeared. Security firms also expect to increase salesperson’s job performance and the some values of ruling points by establishing the business strategies and K.P.I. management system. This research is to analyze the relationship between job stress and job performance for securities company’s salesperson in cross-insurances selling, and to use the supervisor support as the moderator. Hence, this research developed a questionnaire after record and theory studying. Investigating by the questionnaires, this research uses the securities brokers who is running the cross-insurances selling as the objects of the study. During the investigation, there were in all 360 questionnaires had been sent out, and had been collected 312 questionnaires; in other words, 86.67% of the questionnaires had been collected. And the statistic and analysis methods are factor analysis, Cronbach α, Pearson relation and regression analysis through the research and analysis, the results are as follows, 1.To a cross-insurances salesperson, the job stress and the job performance are highly related. 2.To a cross-insurances salesperson, examining by the job stress and the supervisor support, the job performance is predictable. 3.To a cross-insurances Salesperson, the supervisor support has effects to the job stress and the job performance. According to the ending results, this research brings some advices about practical management and follow-up directions, and expects to provide some reference resources about cross-insurances business to Security Firms.
