台中縣屯區社區大學志工參與動機與持續參與因素之研究

Volunteers'Participation Motivation and Continued Participation Fators :A Case Study of Taichung County Tun District Community College

摘要

志工是本著服務他人精神，貢獻本身的心力與時間，並且不求任何的薪資報酬。不同的志工有不同的參與動機，若了解志工從事志願服務的動機，則能夠針對其不同的需求予以激勵，有助於鼓勵志工從事志願服務。本研究即以台中縣屯區社區大學志工為主要研究對象，並以質性研究中的半結構式深度訪談做為主要的研究方法，輔以活動參與觀察及文獻整理分析。研究發現，志工會因為能對社會有所貢獻、拓展人際關係及運用休閒時間以獲得新知識等而參與志願服務。志工若能感到快樂、個人時間可以配合、獲得成就感以及社大理念的落實等，也會是志工持續參與的主要因素。

The spirit of volunteering is the spirit of service to others and contribute their own effort and time , and not seek any salary. Different involvement of volunteers have different motivations, If the motivation of volunteers can be revealed, volunteers we can be inspired and encouraged to do their services. The researcher adopted the semi-structural depth interview, participation observation, and continuous motivations of Taichung County Tun District Community College volunteers. Some factors were found about volunteers motivation. They are contribute to the community, develop relationships, and use of leisure time to acquire new knowledge. If volunteers can be have happy feeling , personal time to meet the needs, a sense of achievement and implement of Community College idea , they will be the main factors for continued participation of volunteers.
