工作壓力所衍生的疲勞倦怠對健康影響的研究 -以南部業務員為例-

摘要

背景動機目的：在經濟與人力競爭日趨激烈的環境中，業務員在企業中扮演的角色也日益加重，瞭解成爲優秀的業務員的影響因素，以提升自己在行業中的價值是必要的。
方法：本研究利用單因子變異數分析，獨立樣本T檢定以及迴歸分析，以南部工業區製造業的業務員做調查分析，了解他們在面臨各種工作壓力來源時，產生的疲勞倦怠對於身心健康所導致的影響。
研究結果：發現提高工作自主性、降低角色模糊性，可以減少業務人員疲勞倦怠；而較低的疲勞倦怠，可以提升業務員的一般健康、活力程度、心理健康。

The econom and competing environment of manpower is getting fierce nowadays, the role of sales person is much more important than before in the industries. Thus, it is necessary to understand the influencing factors of being excellent sale’s person in order to enhance a the salesman’s values in the industry. This study is to measure the correlation between job stresses and burnout and to find out the affecting factors on health among the sale’s person of manufacturers in Tainan Industrial District. The statistical methods of One-Way ANOVA, Independent t-test and Regression Analysis are employed. In this empirical study, it finds that to raise role independence and to decrease the role ambiguity can reduce the sale’s person burnout. The lower burnout can strengthen sale person’s general health, vitality and mental health.
