本研究旨在探討連鎖餐廳C公司外場員工對於教育訓練滿意度,並提出具體的建議,供C公司參考。本研究主要採取「問卷調查法」,以C公司台灣區共16間分店之已完成教育訓練外場員工共235人並發出235份問卷,獲有效樣本數為227份,回收可用率為96%。資料分析描述性統計分析(descriptive statistics,)、獨立樣本t檢定(t-test)、單因子變異數分析(one-way ANOVA)及雪費(scheffe)事後比較分析等統計方法。經研究分析結果,獲致下列主要研究結論: 壹、公司外場員工對教育訓練滿意度感到滿意。 貳、C公司外場員工對於教育訓練整體滿意度為中等,「食物知識課程」滿意度最高。 參、C公司外場員工對於各五大訓練課程滿意度中,皆以「上課時數」為滿意度最低。 肆、C公司外場員工之「餐飲相關經驗」、「年資」、「平均月薪」於「服務訓練課程」之滿意度上有明顯不同。 伍、員工表示完成訓練後有良好的學習成果
This research dedicated to evaluate floor staffs’ satisfactions in educational training of the chain franchise Restaurant C, thus provide suggestion for employer’s reference. This research is conducted by survey which given to 235 employees who have finished floor education training in 16 branches in Taiwan. 227 survey is valid (96% ). Method includes descriptive statistics, independent sample t-test, on-way ANOVA and Scheffe Method. The results are as follow: 1.Floor staffs are satisfied with educational training. 2.Floor staffs’ general satisfactions toward educational training of Restaurant C are medium; “Food Knowledge Courses” acquires the highest satisfaction. 3.“Course hours” acquires the lowest satisfaction from floor staffs 4.Floor staffs has various satisfactions towards “Catering industry experiences”, “Seniority”, “Average salary” and “Service training course”. 5.Staffs consider the learning outcome of the training is good.
