觸控式智慧住宅系統的通用設計研究

摘要


台灣地區隨著經濟成長帶動建築業的蓬勃發展,建築相關產業的產值亦隨之水漲船高。建築業者為吸引購屋者,除了地段、建材以及建築物附屬設備除法規指定必備之外,以尖端科技提供服務的智慧住宅系統,做為提高建物附加價值,並以之帶動數位生活,提供便利、舒適的生活協助,增進使用者安全、安心的福祉。其中更以觸控式智慧住宅系統以其直覺、簡便的介面,最能為使用者接受。然多數系統供應商對於使用者介面的認知,大多為自按鍵式系統過渡自純觸控式的階段,多數觸控式智慧住宅系統的使用者介面設計,仍沿用按鍵式排列的邏輯。缺乏對使用者友善的使用介面,使觸控式智慧住宅系統空有先進科技的硬體,在相應的軟體整合仍顯不足。本研究以目前問世的觸控式智慧住宅系統的介面為例,以通用設計的原則探討其介面之於使用者的友善程度,並以之作為創作的題材,依照系統操作的作動需求,重新設計觸控式智慧住宅使用介面。從文獻探討整理設計者認知與使用者認知的模式,對於使用者操作系統的重要性,證諸創作表現並提出據以改進之建議。期以堪稱可行之使用者介面設計勉力為之,以為系統供應者爾後設計介面之參考。 關鍵字:通用設計、認知設計、智慧住宅

Taiwan’s economic growth has propelled the construction industry to thrive and prosper with the industry output of construction-related trades also rising along with the trend. Developers, to lure the property purchasers, not only strive to offer prime location, building materials and auxiliary equipment mandated by laws and regulations by offering comfort-based intelligence home systems made possible by leading technology as added value of a building, and offers the amenities to market a digital lifestyle that offers convenient, comfortable living amenities that enhance the occupant’s safety and well being for a peace of mind. Among them, the touch-panel smart home systems are most widely accepted by the users for their cognitive and simplistic interface. Yet with the users’ awareness of the interface offered by a majority of system providers remains largely a hybrid of the press dial configuration, rather than an all touch-panel stage, and the user interface design of a majority of touch-panel smart home systems remains the logic built on a touch-dial configuration. Which not only lacks a user friendly operating interface, and which in turn highlights an ominous lack of pairing application software integration to the firmware incorporating advanced technology in the touch-panel smart home systems. The study aims to explore the levels of friendliness on user interface taking to the universal design principle focusing on the example of the interface with newly debuted touch-panel smart home systems, and to examine the subject of creativity, by which to redesign the touch-panel smart home systems’ operating interface by the needs of system operating maneuvers. The study aims to highlight the importance of user-oriented operating systems through sorting archival literature and presenting improvement recommendations, as it aims to contribute toward designing a feasible user interface, and to offer useful references to the system providers in devising the design interface in the future.
