台北市公立國民小學學童使用運動場地現況及安全之研究 研 究 生:高士國 指導教授:錢紀明 日 期:2002.6 摘 要 本研究從學校運動場地的現況及使用者(學童)的角度出發,分析台北市公立國民小學運動場地的資源分配情形、探究學童使用學校運動場地的情形、看法、理由及安全。 本研究採用文獻分析法與問卷調查法:文獻分析台北市140所公立國民小學九十學年度運動場地基本資料;排序各校「每位學生可使用校地面積」為十大層級,分層隨機抽樣十所學校之四、六年級學生700人,進行問卷調查;問卷回收率98.68﹪,有效問卷佔93.0﹪。所得結果以次數分配、百分比、平均數、標準差與卡方考驗進行統計分析。 經分析與討論,獲得以下結論:台北市公立國民小學校地面積、運動場地面積、運動場地佔校地面積比例、游泳池設置率等分配情形並不平均。不同性別、不同年級的學童對於學校運動場地的看法有不一致的意見,愈高年級的學童愈不滿意學校運動場地現況。寬敞的運動空間、完善的設備以及正確的使用方法為運動場地安全的關鍵原因。學童獲知運動安全觀念的方式相當一致。
Study of Usage and Safety of Playgrounds in Taipei Public Elementary Schools Abstract Taking the perspective of users (children), this study analyzes the allocation of resources in Taipei Public Elementary school playground, exploring in addition the condition, purpose, perspective and safety of school playground. The study was conducted using literature analysis and questionnaire polls. The literature analysis looked at the basic data on 140 Taipei elementary school playgrounds, categorizing each school into ten different levels according to “Useable school space per pupil.” In addition, questionnaire polls were conducted based on stratified random sampling of 700 forth and sixth graders from ten schools, of which 98.68% of those surveyed responded, with effective rate of 93.0%. The collected data were then analyzed based on frequency distribution, percentage, average, standard deviation and chi-square. After analysis and discussions, the following conclusions were reached that the ratio of playground, swimming pool area relative to overall individual school properties is uneven. Also, different grade-level students have different opinions of the school playground space with the higher grade-leveled more dissatisfied with the condition of the playground. Furthermore, the key to a safe playground is contingent on sufficient space, good facilities and proper usage. Finally, in general, the children have similar access to knowledge of sports safety
