本研究以團隊凝聚力為主軸,探討合球男、女選手在比賽前、後團隊凝聚力表現的差異;以及比賽後運動表現與滿意度及團隊凝聚力三者之間相關性比較。 研究受試對象為國內四支大專甲組合球校隊,男選手33名、女選手36名。進行量表測試之時間,為九十一學年度大專盃合球錦標賽之比賽前、比賽後二個階段,研究工具採用盧素娥(民84),所修訂的「團隊情境量表」,資料蒐集完成,以混合設計二因子變異數分析及皮爾森積差相關進行資料處理,研究結果經分析討論,得到以下的發現:(一)合球選手團隊凝聚力的表現,比賽後優於比賽前;女選手與男選手在團隊凝聚力表現沒有差異;(二)合球選手工作凝聚力的表現,比賽後優於比賽前;女選手與男選手在工作凝聚力表現沒有差異;(三)合球選手社會凝聚力的表現,比賽前、後表現沒有差異;男、女選手之間表現也沒有差異;(四)合球選手運動表現與滿意度之間有正相關,而團隊凝聚力與運動表現、滿意度兩者皆無相關性。
This study has been mainly focused on team cohesion. The difference between the male and female korfball players’ team cohesion performances before the game and after the game has been investigated. A correlation has been conducted among team cohesion, post-game performance and satisfaction as well. The target subjects included 33 male and 36 female level-A korfball players, from four different universities. The questionnaires were administered before and after the 2003 College Cup Korfball Championship. The Group Environment Questionnaire (GEQ), revised by Su-Zr Lu, (1995) has been adopted to collect data. ‘Pearson product-moment correlation’ and ‘mixed design two-way ANOVA’ have been implemented to analyze the collected data. The result reveals that, (1) The korfball players’ post-game team cohesion performance is better than pre-game; there is no significant team cohesion difference between the male and female players. (2) The korfball players performed better task cohesion after the game than before the game; there is no significant task cohesion difference between the male and female players. (3) The korfball players performed no significant social cohesion difference before the game and after the game, no difference between male and female players, either. (4) There is a positive correlation between korfball plays’ performance and their satisfaction, but no such relationship between team cohesion and performance, nor between team cohesion and satisfaction.
