羽球運動者之休閒動機、涉入與滿意度之關係 -以雲林地區為例

摘要

本研究旨在探討休閒動機、涉入與滿意度之關係，以雲林地區羽球運動者為研究對象，分析不同特性的羽球運動者在休閒動機、休閒涉入與休閒滿意度上的差異性及關係。採便利抽樣方式進行問卷調查，並以自編「休閒動機量表」、「休閒涉入量表」及「休閒滿意度量表」做為研究工具，採用李克特五點尺度量表，計發出問卷400份，回收之有效問卷為400份。研究結果發現：一、不同特性的羽球運動者的在休閒動機、休閒涉入與休閒滿意度上部份有顯著差異。二、羽球運動者在休閒動機與休閒涉入，及休閒涉入與休閒滿意度間部分為正相關，當休閒動機越高時，休閒涉入也越深，其休閒滿意度也越高。因此建議政府相關單位在推動建置與輔導地方羽球運動社團時可藉由休閒動機的提昇來增進羽球運動者之投入，讓羽球運動者持續的參與羽球活動，積極培養對羽球的熱情，持續涉入羽球休閒活動中，如此將更能享受因羽球活動帶來的各種休閒效益。

The study aims to explore the relationship among leisure motivation, leisure involvement, and leisure satisfaction. Badminton players in Yunlin County are the participants and their responses are taken to see how their characters may have significant effect on these three factors.The researcher adopted convenience sampling to collect data, and designed “Leisure Motivation Scale”, “Leisure Involvement Scale”, and “Leisure Satisfaction Scale” as the research instruments; then used a 5-point Likert scale to score. 400 copies of questionnaires were distributed and 400 copies of questionnaire were collected back. The results of the study shows that (1) badminton players’ characters have a partially significant effect on leisure motivation, leisure involvement, and leisure satisfaction, and (2) the correlation among leisure motivation, leisure involvement, and leisure satisfaction is positive. The higher leisure motivation is, the deeper leisure involvement is, and the higher leisure satisfaction is.Hence, the researcher suggests that when the related managerial units promote and coach local badminton clubs, they can enhance players’ leisure motivation to encourage them to get involved, so they will continuously to engage in playing badminton and to keep passions alive in it. Therefore, they can enjoy more benefits brought by playing badminton.
