本文以漸開線行星齒輪之數種動態參數與齒形參數的搭配做運動分析,主要在於提升減速機之效率、分析並討論參數影響其震動與噪音;首先以固定速比運用Geartrax取出此速比下搭配之行星齒輪構件,改變其壓力角、背隙、轉位係數、轉速等參數,利用Solid works外掛模組COSMOSmotion、COSMOSworks作動態模擬求出輸出軸及主要齒輪的角加速度、輸出扭矩及動態應力變化;單段行星齒輪結果得知後進行雙段行星齒輪的運動分析,運用單段結構串連第二階單段行星齒輪作動態分析比較與單段所求出的數值結果是否為最佳選擇,取修改參數後的行星齒輪STL檔輸入RP快速成型機制作出等同的齒輪與繪製的齒輪比對後進行作動,測試是否有嚙合上問題產生並分析其負面影響。
The paper uses several dynamic parameters and gear profile parameter of involute planet gears for motion analysis. It mainly focuses on the efficiency and analysis of involute speed reducer. Then, discuss the parameters which may affect vibration and noise. First, use fixed ratio to carry out the planetary gear components. Next, change the pressure angle, backlash, transfer coefficient, speed and other parameters, use solidworks plug COSMOSmotion, COSMOSworks to find out the output shaft for the dynamic simulation and the acceleration of main gear angle, torque and dynamic stress changes. When obtaining the results of single stage planetary gear, then can proceed two stage motion analysis of planetary gear. Compare the dynamic analysis for single stage structure and linking with second order single stage planetary gears, then to derive the best numerical result. Take the planetary gear STL file to RP rapid prototyping mechanism to make the same gears. Finally to test the gear meshing and its influence.
