Space	"AND" indicates the intertwining of key terms used in a search
Double Quotation Marks ("") ( " " )	Double quotation marks indicate the beginning and end of a phrase, and the search will only include terms that appear in the same order of those within the quotations. Example: "image process" ： " image process "
?	Indicates a variable letter. Entering two ? will indicate two variable letters, and so on. Example: "Appl?", search results will yield apple, apply… e , appl y … ( (often used to English word searches) )

To create a persistent link, add「http://dx.doi.org/」「 http://dx.doi.org/ 」 before a DOI.
For instance, if the DOI of an article is 10.5297/ser.1201.002 , you can link persistently to the article by entering the following link in your browser: http://dx.doi.org/ 10.5297/ser.1201.002 。
The DOI link will always direct you to the most updated article page no matter how the publisher changes the document's position, avoiding errors when engaging in important research.

Cite a document with DOI

When citing references, you should also cite the DOI if the article has one. If your citation guideline does not include DOIs, you may cite the DOI link.

The rise of global carbon emissions results in the greenhouse effect and global warming. Human pursuit of a better environment.To pursue a better environment, human beings gradually put emphasis on the concept of energy saving and carbon reduction. National Energy Conference made a resolution of“Low-Carbon Cities Project”in Taiwan in 2009,and in the project,our government saw the low-carbon community as the cornerstone .They attempted to achieve the idea of “Low Carbon and Sustainable Homeland Program” by the activities of reducing the emissions of carbon held by communities with bottom-up approaches.
Sioucai Village in Yangmei county, Taoyuan City, was selected as the national low-carbon community by EPA in 2011.The study aims to discuss how Sioucai Village becomes a low-carbon community from the case of the leader of the village,HSU,LI-CHEN.It tries to explore the characteristics and effect of her leadership.In the research, I use literature analysis, depth interviews and case study.
By the analysis of the information, I believe the reasons why the leaders of communities successful build low-carbon communities as followings:
First, a community leader serves as the key figure to build a low-carbon community. Second, he/she needs to implement education and training.Third, he/she helps the residents to participate the activity and boost their responsibility.Fourth, he/she builds the low-carbon community according to circumstances.Fifth, he/she makes good use of the resources of government
