摘要

廠家競爭力直接受供應商績效好壞的影響，故應定期評估供應商以提高其績效。本論文以文獻資料，選擇品質、交期、價格及服務四種主要屬性爲評估準則，依各決策方案（供應商）在各評估準則之績效表現，在其容許差異的範圍內，賦予適當的得分；再以層級分析法評估屬性間重要性之相對權重；最後以理想解類似度順序偏好法（technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution，簡稱TOPSIS）加以排序，以建立供應商績效評估模式，並以實例說明模式之應用。

The purchasing function directly affects the competitive ability of a firm. Purchasing managers need to periodically evaluate supplier performance in order to retain those suppliers who meet their requirements. An evaluation model is constructed in this study. Four attributes are selected to evaluate the vendor's performance: (1) quality, (2) delivery, (3) price and (4) service. An analytical hierarchy process (AHP) is employed to weight the criteria in an objective way. Then a technique for order preference by similarity to the ideal solution, TOPSIS, is applied to rank the alternatives for this evaluation. In order to demonstrate the workability of the model, an application example is also presented.
