摘要

近年來，校園管理已漸漸朝向多元發展，如：整合宿舍學生管理、教室空間的利用管理、學校設施庫存與追蹤、學生區域流量管理、能源利用管理、設備使用率管理、車輛管理、圖書管理、教學互動管理…等等；以往物業管理必須仰賴紙本並投入大量人力，無形中造成資源的浪費，本研究運用空間資產管理軟體做規劃，它是一套用於各項不動產與設施管理資訊溝通之圖形化整合性工具，可達到空間用量負荷分析、人員空置能源控制、學生活動行為分析、空間設備使用率分析、教師點名機制等，將RFID門禁系統與空間資產管理系統結合，期盼能增進本校宿舍安全上的管理及更有效的運用空間，也可以簡化宿舍管理人員行政作業的人力，修正現有管理的模式，促使宿舍管理人性化及服務更有效率。

In recent years, the development of school management has gradually become more multidimensional. Such changes include student dormitory management integrating with student affairs, classroom space utilization, facility and inventory management, energy utilization and management, parking and transportation management, library management, and interactive education management, etc. The old fashioned paper-based documentation and management process created waste of resource. The main purpose of our research is to leverage space asset management software to develop efficient and effective school management system. This software is suitable for any property or facility management using graphic integrated information communication system. This software can perform capacity analysis, human resource and energy control, student performance analysis, equipments and facilities utilization analysis, and student attendance system, etc. Moreover, by combining RFID management system with space asset management system, we are hoping to improve our dormitory security and utilization as well as management system. It can also save human resources as well as time to process administrative work, amending a more user-friendly and efficient management system.
