物理治療學生行為類型與其專業種類選擇的探討

The Behavior Types of Physical Therapy Students and Their Career Choices

摘要


本研究主要目的在探討物理治療學生行為類型的傾向,及探討年級、學校及性別的不同是否有行為類型傾向的不同,同時也調查學生希望選擇物理治療專科的種類與其行為的類型,本所究共包括四校物理治療二、三年級學生自願參加,共230人,利用中文麥布二氏行為類型量表及一資料性問卷做測試,結果顯示學生行為類型的傾向,並不因年級、學校及專業種類的選擇的不同而有顯著差異,但除了“直觀/感覺”這項有性別上的差異(P=0.009)。本研究中大部份學生行為類型的傾向及約一半的學生希望能從事專門性物理治療工作,可為我們安排課程,教育模式及臨床實際經驗時,做為一參考之依據。

The main purpose of this study was to examine the behavior types of physical therapy students (n=230) and compare behavior types of different schools, classes, sexes and career goals. Although there were no significant differences among schools, classes, and career goals, the behavior type of ”Sensing/Intuition” was significantly different between sexes (P=0.009). However, some trends and findings of the behavior types were worthy of notice. One hundred and five of the total 230 physical therapy students (45.7%) chose the specialties physical therapy as their careers, and most students fell into the ”Introversion”, ”Sensing”, ”Thinking” and ”Judging” behavior types. The findings of this study could give some guidelines to both our classroom and clinical education.
