職婦托育資訊需求與管道研究

A Study of Information Needs and Seeking Channels of Child Care Service for Career Women

摘要

本探索性研究旨在探討職業婦女尋求「托育服務」的資訊需求及了解職業婦女如何獲得「托育服務」的資訊。
本研究結果顯示，「托育服務」的資訊需求分爲「保母資訊」、「養育資訊」、「教育資訊」三類。
每一個資訊需求類別有不同的管道去獲得，分述如下：
(1)「保母資訊」可透過網路、媽媽教室、坐月子課程、保母課程等管道尋得。
(2)「養育資訊」的管道爲醫院嬰兒室的護士。
(3)「教育資訊」的管道有講座、育嬰雜誌、網路書店。
本研究結果可提供相關部門作爲日後制定有關托育服務政策之參考。

The purpose of this explorer study is to know career women's needs of seeking child care service and to understand how career women to obtain the child care service information.
The findings show the information needs of child care service can be divided into three category：
(1) The information needs of seeking baby sitter
(2) The information needs of child nurturing
(3) The information needs of child educating
Each category information needs has different methods to obtain. These methods are as follow：
(1) the information needs of baby sitter come from web-sites, maternal classes, post-giving birth confinement classes, baby sitter classes.
(2) the information needs of nurturing come from the enfant room nurses in hospital.
(3) the information needs of child educating been obtained from lecture, parenting magazines, web site, and book store.
The study concludes that there are various ways to satisfy the information needs.
The outcome of the study will be helpful references to authorities produce relevant policy about child care service in the future.
