有機複合肥料對西瓜品質與產量之效應

Effect of Organic Compound Fertilizers on Watermelon Quality and Yield

摘要


本試驗之目的在探討有機質複合肥料對富寶二號西瓜品質及收量之效應。試驗分別在桃園縣觀音鄉坋質粘壤土水田與苗栗縣造橋鄉砂質粘壤土旱田辦理。結果顯示,在觀音試區,果實產量以化學肥料N-P2O5-K2O=220-180-220處理36.9 t/ha最高,比對照區N-P2O5-K2O=202-108-172增產9.8%,施用台肥二號有機質肥料加化學肥料、台肥特一號有機複合肥料、台肥二號有機質肥料,分別增產7.7%、6.3%、3.8%。在造橋試區,以台肥二號有機質肥料2.75 t/ha加化學肥科N-P2O5-K2O=110-90-110處理32.4 t/ha最高,比對照區N-P2O5-K2O=190-40-80增產12%,施用化學肥料、台肥特一號有機複合肥料,分別增產11.2%、6.1%。而只施台肥二號有機質肥料最低,減產4.6%,以糖度而言,兩試區均以施用有機質肥料較高,比化學肥料及農民慣用施肥法處理增加0.4~1.3 °Brix,可見有機肥料有利於西瓜甜度。

Field experiments were conducted to study the effects of organic compound fertilizer on the yield and quality of watermelon. The silty clay loam at Kuanyin in Taoyuan Hsien and sandy clay loam at Tsaochyao in Miaoli Hsien, respectively.The results showed that, at Kuanyin village, the highest fruit yields (36.9 t/ha) obtained in the plots applied with compound fertilizer (N-P2O5-K2O=220-180-220) increased 9.8 % as compared with CK (N-P2O5-K2O=202-108-172). The treatments of No. 2 organic fertilizer + compound fertilizer, No. 1 organic compound fertilizer and No. 2 organic fertilizer increased fruit yields by 7.7%, 6.3% and 3.8%, respectively.At Tsaochyao village, the highest fruit yields (32.4 t/ha) obtained in the plots applied with No. 2 organic fertilizer + compound fertilizer (N-P2O5-K2O=110-90-110), increased 12% of yield as compared with CK (N-P2O5-K2O=190-40-80). The treatments of compound fertilizer and No. 1 organic compound fertilizer increased fruit yields by 11.2% and 6.1%, respectively.The sweetness of fruits in two experiments increased by 0.4 - 1.3 °Brix was found in the field given the organic fertilizer treatment.
