本研究的目的在於:(1)比較不同職業棒球隊之知覺教練領導行為與團隊凝聚力的差異情形,(2)探討職業棒球選手之知覺教練領導行為對團隊凝聚力的預測情形,(3)探討職業棒球選手知覺與喜好教練領導行為之差異對團隊凝聚力的預測情形。統計方法為單因子變異數分析與多元逐步迴歸分析等。研究對象為八十九年中華職業棒球聯盟四支隊伍之本土球員,共74名,平均年齡為27.42±4.74歲、平均球齡為15.3l±5.57年、平均隊齡為2.76±2.84年。本研究以「教練領導行為量表」及「團隊情境量表」為研究工具。所得資料經統計分析後,獲得下列結果:一、各隊在「知覺訓練與指導」、「知覺民主行為」、「知覺正面回饋」、「工作凝聚力」及「社會凝聚力」等五個向度均達顯著差異。二、由於知覺教練領導行為各向度與「社會凝聚力」相關性太低,以致無法有效預測社會凝聚力;而「知覺專制行為」則可有效預測「工作凝聚力」。三、由於知覺與喜好教練領導行為之差異與「工作凝聚力」及「社會凝聚力」的相關性太低,以致無法作有效的預測。
The purposes of this study were: (1) to investigate the effects of the perceived coaches' leadership behavior in predicting team cohesion, (2) to investigate the discrepancy of perceived and preferred coaches' leadership behavior in prediction team cohesion. The one-way ANOVA, and stepwise multiple-regression were used as statistical methods of this study. Subjects were 27.42±4.74 years old, average experiences in baseball and in professional team were 15.31±5.57 and 2.76±2.84 (years) respectively.All subjects were asked to complete questionnaires which include ”The Leadership Scale of Sport, LSS” and ”Group Environment Questionnaire.The results indicated:1.Because of the lower relationship between sub-items of perceived coaches' leadership behavior and social cohesion, it can't predict social cohesion effectively. However, ”perceived autocratic behavior” can predict task cohesion effectively.2.Although the lower relationship of the discrepancy of perceived and preferred coaches' leadership behavior, task cohesion and social cohesion, it won't have the power in prediction.
